When I first met Emma I was a shell of a woman. My believe in myself and the world around me was shattered. I truly thought no one could help me, no one would or could hear me. I was lost.

I started my weekly sessions with Emma who by the way I now affectionly call my witch!. At the start I pretty much sobbed in every session but slowly Emma (the witch) guided me gently on to my now path of recovery..

Therapy is not easy when you lay yourself bare and have to accept and acknowledge things about your self as a human being and face your demons BUT with Emma's kindness, and importantly honesty I am becoming the person I have dreamed of being.

I feel I have to explain my 'witch' comment....every session I am chatting away and eventually I will answer my own question, I will look at Emma... who has literally listened and there it is the witch move!... then she smiles.

Please if you feel you need someone to be your hammock while you travel your journey to living a meaningful, full life then reach out to Emma.

I actually think she saved my life.
