I have been attending Kate's yoga classes since the beginning of the year. She builds on strength, flexibility and mobility each week and gives options for all levels of ability. I look forward to it every week as it 'oils my joints' perfectly! I also like the way Kate pops in nuggets of information on any new research she's been reading up on!

I have also been seeing Kate privately for physio - She is empathetic, understanding and listens to your issue giving tailor made exercises to get you on the road to recovery. Thanks Kate!!

With a number of long-standing physical issues, I've always sought out therapists and classes where you don't just get instructions, but also learn about your body. I've been going to Kate's Physio Yogi classes and also had physio sessions. Kate is incredibly knowledgeable, and fun, and helps you personally with your particular issues. She's thoughtful and empathetic and I feel very fortunate to have access to a teacher with her combination of skills. She's making a huge difference to my continued mobility.

For a few years I enjoyed doing a daily exercise routine at home. But I’d picked up the exercises over time and wasn’t sure if they were the best for me. I’m 75 and it’s very important for me that I continue to exercise at home to keep as fit as I can.

My friend introduced me to one of Kate’s Yoga sessions earlier this year. It was very good.
I had a chat with Kate and she was very easy to talk to. I looked at her website later that day and booked my first one to one with her! One of my best moves!

I now see Kate regularly every 3 to 4 weeks. She listens and understands what I need. She helps me refine and progress my daily exercise routine, based on what is best for me and what I’m happy to do. I’m always impressed with Kate’s knowledge of the human body. Our sessions are always flexible, fun and interesting.

At home, on 4 days a week, I do a 15 min routine that includes stretch and balance exercises. And 3 days, an 11 min strength training routine. My progress is steady and the benefits are really encouraging for me. I wouldn’t have been able to get to this stage, or be able to progress further, without Kate’s knowledge, skill and help.

It’s my pleasure to recommend Kate, Physio Yogi wholeheartedly.

I really rate Kate highly, she is approachable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. You are put at ease straight away. The combination of weights, yoga and relaxation was magical.
I felt physically challenged whilst , through breathing exercises and yoga totally relaxed. The class is unique. I would highly recommend working with her. I wait in anticipation for your online classes Kate. Thank you!

Kate is a warm and lovely therapist, but more importantly incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I thought I would never be able to go for long walks again, but I went for a long 2 hour walk the other day, and thanks to Kate I am stronger and more confident in my body 🙂

I first went to see Kate with a sore shoulder which she quickly sorted out. Since then she has helped me with various issues. Being in my seventies she has helped me with my mobility and strengthing my body which had made such a difference.
She is very caring and goes out of her way to help with anything she can. Just going to see her is a tonic in itself she fills you with confidence. Strongly recommend.

Kate is such a lovely teacher. She is so interested in making sure everyone understands the movements they are doing and the benefits. She always explains the link between the mental and physical. She is always willing to answer any questions.
I tried yoga when I was younger but found it very boring up to Kate’s classes.
I’m 64 this year and didn’t realise how much I needed these classes until I started them!! It’s never too late but I wish I had known about this type of exercise years earlier 😃

I've been seeing Kate for an upper back and shoulder issue that was limiting my ability to play golf. After taking a detailed history and carrying out a thorough assessment we put together a plan that has been hugely successful in helping to address my pain and getting me back out on the course.
