Excellent and I would say dramatically improved service this week. I used the online triage form and received a receptionist call back and appointment the same day. Received the required medication and a follow up call today. New GP I hadn’t seen before. Seeing someone face to face always improves your confidence and trust.

I contacted the surgery via NHS App in the morning and was delighted to be offered an appointment at 2pm the same day. I saw Dr Scott who was friendly, thorough and professional and did his very best to help me. I was disappointed to learn he was not a permanent member of staff.

The whole process was extremely satisfying and greatly exceeded my expectations.

Would like to say how grateful i am to be a patient at this surgery. Did an online consult at 8 this morning got a phone appt at 8.50 and was seen by Doctor Russell at 9.00 problem dealt with and reassured i can follow up if needed. All the staff are pleasant and helpful . Thankyou all of you

I have been asking for an email address so I can send some medical details to my Dr and I keep getting fobbed off. I have been told, face to face to send my query via the app and they could not help. I have been told to make an appointment and put the request in that. I did that 2 and the 3rd time the app was not working.
Is this to much to ask for ? an email address to email some records...
I have had very good service from my Dr. The above is down to the admin and bureaucracy that differs so much, there are some wonderful people there and some really poor staff...

I've been a patient here since I was a child at its various locations and genuinely have no complaints.

I haven't been too well these last few weeks and they have seen and helped with every single problem.

Special thanks to Paul, Jackie, Sophie (I hope I've remembered that correctly. She took my bloods) and Dr Goulding for being caring and considerate. Also thanks to the receptionists for listening and helping when I made mistakes with some tests. I know it's the thing these days to insult the receptionists but they're only doing their jobs and with my job as a Sales Assistant, I know what it's like dealing with difficult "customers"
