Its more than a joke nearly 2 hours and after saying your number 1 in the que all I want is my medication. Go online to use nhs app oh yeah that doesn't bloody work . They say use there website it doesn't do anything

Requested a doctors appointment. I was told it was a 2 week wait. The receptionist said I could see a nurse on Friday. I attended. She said go for an xray at either Ponteland road or hospital. Attended Ponteland road to be told I hadn't been referred & they don't xray knees. Total waste of time.

The worst doctor surgery ever please avoid this practice. Reception staff very rude and unhelpful my partner who as asthma had to wait 2 weeks to change his inhaler around as they palmed him off with a CFC free one for the GP to say she would change in back to a ventolin to lie to his face so he can leave the room. To go to boots to find out its still the old inhaler is absolutely disgusting. Back to square one leaving us no choice to buy medication online as I fear he would have a asthma attack. Practice needs investigating .

Called up to book an appointment for nurse to get Blood test booked—unfortunately GP surgery is so busy that nobody could pick up the phone. After waiting for 1hr 30 min I had to give up🤪🙄

Required telephone consultation which was dealt with promptly and I felt listened to. Staff were very helpful at the surgery when I attended.
