Awful experience every single time, half of the doctors here should consider a career change. Awful communication skills, can barely get an appointment and when you can eventually get one it’s a waste of time. I feel worse after the appointment than I did beforehand. Hopefully 2025 is the year this place shuts down.

I have been a patient at this GP for a while now, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing in several areas.
The phone lines are almost always busy, making it very difficult to get through, and when you finally do, the pace at which enquiries are handled is incredibly slow or no appointments left!!! On multiple occasions, I haven’t even received a response after making contact for letters etc.

A couple of the receptionists are quite rude and lack basic care and empathy for the patients, which only adds to the frustration.
While the doctors are generally okay and professional, the overall service from the reception and administration side needs significant improvement. There’s a lot of development required to make this practice more patient-friendly.

Waited well over an hour to see the nurse who was apparently looking for my mums B12 injection. When I asked what the hold up was no one at reception could tell me anything.
Dr Patel came downstairs handed my mum 1 year prescription knowing that the B12 injection was no longer available at any pharmacy in the UK. My mum waited 2wks for this appointment for the B12 injection & still didn’t get it, they knew this B12 was no longer available in the UK but still made the appointment for my mum to go & get it. Then they wonder why I was angry
This surgery has gone to the dogs. If I could give zero stars I would.

Difficult to get appointments, and when you do, they don't help you anyway. A lot (but not all) of the receptionist are rude. Been waiting 5 months to receive a letter from the doctor, so I can move out of an unsafe flat.

As a fellow NHS HCP I’ve never experienced such incompetence while attempting to discuss a patients needs over the phone and then following this surgeries multiple mistakes when the doctor finally speaks to me she is incredibly rude, dismissive of the patient and lacks a basic understanding of the patients complaint and what I am requesting, purposefully attempting to make me feel like an inconvenience despite the fact I have just completed 99% of her job for her. If she speaks to fellow health professionals this way and believes this is acceptable, god knows how she treats patients.

I used to highly rate the receptionists but now not so much, Diane and Sarah on the reception team need retraining in how to speak to patients. I booked a double appointment once no problem with a lovely receptionist, now all of a sudden they need you to specify 2 reasons as to why I need a double appointment when in actual fact we don't need to tell them what the appointment is for at all if we don't want to, I then asked Diane if I could book two seperate appointments close together and she replied 'it doesn't work like that' in a patronising tone.

I then tried to book a double appointment with Sarah who told me double appointments are only for those who need a translator, absolute lie!. When I asked for her name she told me and then cut me off, lovely.
They seem to have some new doctors that have been awful, Advanced Nurse Practitioner Asha Praveen is terrible, rude, talks to you like a child, when I asked for a sick note she said ' all the other doctors are giving them you for 2 months I'm not going to do that, im only giving it you for one month as if she was controlling my care, when we should have been working together, rude and has a control complex.

Doctor Hina also equally as terrible, burping through the consultation, quickly moving to different problems without letting me finish speaking, the whole appointment was a chaotic mess.
I was told by the receptionist she was upstairs and I waited up there for 30 minutes turns out she was downstairs and nobody came to look for me, it even told me room 13 on the self serve!.

Receptionists are still awful especially the young tall lad that has recently been employed. I've spoken to him in person and he doesn't seem to have many communication skills at all really, a lot of the time he just looks at you blankly not really understanding what you're saying to him or he just acts like he knows what he's doing when in actual fact he just says I'm not sure or I don't know sorry but doesn't even bother to ask anybody for help or support. I recieved a voicemail to say my appointment was cancelled, no apology and no attempt to help me rebook the appointment.
I also told a young lady the soap had ran out in the soap dispenser in one of the toilets but she didn't seem in a rush to let anybody know, in fact for the whole 45 mins I was sat waiting for my appointment I saw her giggling with staff, messing on her phone and doing absolutely nothing.. disgusting and unsanitary for people to have no soap to use especially in a doctors surgery toilet where people do urine and feacal samples.

I have seen a lovely new doctor who is a locum called Dr Ahluwalia. She was amazing actually sat and listened to the symptoms didn't gaslight me like most of the doctors at the surgery and sent me for a wide range of bloodtests where a few have flagged as abnormal. It's taken me approximately 6 doctors/appointments to finally get somewhere.

I know you just read before that I was singing Dr Aluwahlias praises but I take that back now, you can tell she's spent time at this 'cursed' surgery because she's very reluctant to help anymore, just now blames my severe crippling back pain on weight without requesting any type of scans or bloodwork. I notice the new doctors when they start at the surgery are energetic and really help, but as the months go by they lose their sparkle, are miserable and don't seem interested to help.
I refuse to see any doctor now other than Dr kamran, he's such a gentleman, calls you by your surname and calls you 'miss' he always has a warm welcome for you and really listens, refers you for scans and when he says he's going to do something he does it without delay, you can tell on some days he's rushed but he's methodical and focused even on the days you can tell he's stressed. He deserves an award for being at that surgery he's amazing. I appreciate you Dr Kamran, thank you for being a wonderful and caring doctor

this place is a joke , you wait in phone queue for 1 hour for the phone to be cut off multiple times when you have a problem with you they tell you to take the same pills that u been taking for the past 2 years and make you leave , there is no help at all in this place , and all the new receptionist that are coming, they talk with such attitude ? they ask you for so much personal information when they dont need it ? the times before were alot easier and the staff years ago was much more helpful , these new people make things alot harder than it should be !

When on hold on your call you talk about treating your staff with respect can your staff do the same to callers? As another healthcare professional i have never been treated so rudely. Your receptionist wouldn't even let me look up information at all, she wanted me to have our mutual client's data at hand no reading it out she just put down the phone and pronounced that i am not the care-provider and to ask my client who is none verbal to call for herself. As a surgery thats a disgrace to healthcare professionals please train your receptionists.
