I recently visited the one clinic for a consultation, and overall, I had a positive experience. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were professional and knowledgeable throughout the procedure. I’ve had cool laser treatment everyone is brilliant. From start to finish. Explaining the procedure and taking the time to ask if I am okay if I need a break. I would definitely recommend them .

I visited the one clinic - 1st time for a hydrafacial with Chloe. Super amazing experience. Chloe was completely wonderful and super knowledgeable, took me through the steps and explained each stage carefully. I felt super comfortable and she was so smiley and very generous with her time and efforts. Nurse Chloe listened to me talk about my problem areas and honestly my skin feels squeaky clean and super hydrated - Chloe kindly plastered me with spf because it's 30 degrees outside. I also got a chance to discuss my forehead deep set lines and Dr. Gunjan was in an appt but they kindly advised me to have a chat when I pop in with my mum for her hydrafacial. It's such a beautiful aesthetic at the clinic and a lovely team and I wanted this hydrafacial for the longest time - it feels incredible. Thank you Chloe and the team at One Clinic. Super happy customer. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at the clinic. Dr. Gunjan was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I recently had the new cool laser on my upper and lower eyelids at The One Clinic. I’m only a week into my treatment and I can already see the results. My eyes look so much fresher and renewed, and my upper lid is definitely tighter and less wrinkled. I can’t wait to have my lower face done now!!

I had scares and pores skin so Dr Gunjan and her team suggested laser treatment. I just had my very first laser treatment and the result i got its amazing. Can't believe within one treatment , i will see big difference. My skin tone looks so healthy, bright and smooth, minimised my pores and scares. So happy with my results. Just had the most amazing HydraFacial with Dr. Gunjan! My skin feels incredibly smooth and hydrated. The whole experience was super relaxing and Dr. Gunjan really took the time to understand my skin's needs. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a gentle but effective treatment!

Amazing results, informative and caring staff! Definitely worth going to a clinic over a spa setting. I felt heard, cared for and the results speak for themselves. They have a range of options available at different price points and they talk to you about all your options, not just the expensive ones! I had an endolift and Botox and a month after the non-invasive surgery I look great. I can see the difference and it will only get better. Clean facilities, lovely people and a great result.
