Always short on appointments. Incase of urgent appointments just cater calls b/w 8am to 8:10. Majority times reviewed by P.Associates and not a doctor.

Why is it you phone surgery 2 minutes before 8.00 am only to be told surgery is closed you immediately phone back then get line is busy you keep trying by retailing immediately till 0830am then when you eventually get answer after being in a queue only to be told no appointments are the phone taken off the hook while everyone as coffee first

The service of reception and when you call for the appointment and staff even doctor, they are very rude and we work so hard and how they treat us we pay them for nothing

This GP was better! The new rules implemented are ridiculous. I sent a request for consultation on the NHS App where I explained my situation as I have done before and I was always answered. this time they called me to say that the doctor needs to see me face to face and that I have to call reception at 8am, I called for 3 days the lines are busy until 8.30am and when they answer it is to tell you that there are no vacancies, that you should call the next day at 8am or go to the hospital, but there are things that are not done in the hospital such as requesting a change in hypertension and cholesterol medication or asking for a sick note

The Oak Tree medical practice in Ironstine is a big fat joke !!! Very unfriendly staff. I don't understand what we are all paying for, if they sit there doing nothing and they can't even book an appoitmant for you because "- you need to call next day 08:00 morning." It's a joke!!

I've had nothing but the best care, with friendly reception staff, doctors, nurses, care assistants and all, it's a difficult underrated profession, getting an appointment can be difficult, but not impossible

They Are absolutely rubbish! I did pass phann call to the automatic queueing robot at 8.59 and was already number 4 in queue so only 3 people could be before me! And when i get to the receptionist she said all apoitment are gone and i have to try again tomorrow! The have only 3 appoitments a day?!!!! And no option to prebook ! My dog vet is more professional then them! Dont go there ever!
