I've been a member for five months now and am loving it. The coaches are brilliant and always able to adapt exercises for individual needs - special shout out to Laura and Savannah who have helped me and my dodgy knees so much!!! The other members are lovely and make the sessions fun. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant strength sessions that for me are really convenient- 45 mins fitted in between school run and work, easy to book flexibly each week so just really works. Lovely welcoming, knowledgable trainers, friendly other members and nice community feel.

The Nourishment Academy is a fantastic gym!! But it’s much more than a gym, it incorporates so much more. All the trainers are amazing, they are actually interested in “you” and your progress. There’s no “clicky” atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and we all support each other. Give TNA go, you won’t regret it.

Not having done any gym work before ...I was accepted on a 14 day trial as an older novice with open arms. Emma is a kind person who is hardworking and keeps everyone's standards of fitness a personal goal...making sure that anyone who has an issue with any routine - as long as they inform her - will have an alternative to any exercise they cannot manage. A great community is obvious when seeing how members laugh and help one another. I highly recommend The Nourishment Academy.

Emma and the coaches are amazing. They help you not only in the gym but help you to understand how your prioritise yourself to get the results you want. It is way more than a gym. It is a true reflection of a community of amazing, strong and supportive women.

I’ve been with TNA for nearly a year now and I’m still loving it as much as the first few weeks! I’ve never had such fun in the gym, everyone is so friendly and coaches really push you to your best - I’ve never felt stronger. I wish I’d found it sooner.
