The Milestone is a very personal and safe place to restart your body and mind. The Team is knowledgeable, inspirational and fun (to say the least) and the entire program is tailor-made. Helena is the definition of positivity and I feel lucky to have met her. TMD was a great experience that allowed me to learn A LOT and set the foundations for a healthier life! I will definitely be going back, hopefully with the cool new friends I made during my stay there - maybe we can make it an annual gift to ourselves!

It was an unforgettable weekend ! It combined a luxurious stay in the beautiful home with 5* service, products and facilities and at the same time a very interesting educational experience of cleansing the body from toxins and learning how to choose natural good-for-you foods that taste delicious. We tried delicious veg juices, homemade chia porridge and almond&cashew milk and we got all the tools and tips to continue on this healthy diet! Helena and rest of team were very hospitable and even took us for a sightseeing tour to see the beautiful countryside and the the cute villages of Cotswolds ! Overall , amazing !

I recently returned from Helena's Milestone Detox after my annual detox visit! Having had some low level anxiety recently it was wonderful to pull up on the driveway and suddenly feel at home, with an ease of breath, with the knowledge I was in safe hands. After a few days of juicing, breathing, stretching, learning, sleeping and laughing, I left feeling lighter, wiser and fully reset. Helena not only talks the talk, but walks the walk, and is awesome. I cannot recommend The Milestone Detox highly enough. I did a 7 day detox at a time that I was feeling burnt out and in definite need of some R&R, as well as a dose of TLC...

Genuinely caring, informed, authentic and just excellent at what they do - Helena and her wonderful team gently guided me through the week (this is my second time here in 4 years), by the end of which I was SO much lighter and brighter, both physically and mentally.

Helena bespokes the programme to your very needs and wants, is there for you every step of the way and is like a serene and incredibly well versed fairy Godmother.

The house, bedrooms, gardens and surrounding area is all breathtaking. My fellow detoxers were lovely (new friends for life) and I can only hope to return for my hat-trick one day.

Returning to MilestoneDetox was a must for me. After my last experience I had felt so well that I wanted to feel like that again and I do. It is everything the website said and more. All the staff are wonderful and care so much about each person. You are treated as family, so special in our world today. The accommodation is excellent, confortable and clean. Helena runs a very friendly and personal detox and her knowledge about all that goes with the detox is amazing. She cannot do enough for you while you are staying. Would I book again? Yes and I have!

Truly healing and wonderful experience!

I did the 3 day special juice detox and honestly it exceeded my expectations. I had never done a detox before but after a year of stress and health problems I wanted to do something healing for my body and mind. I couldn’t have chosen a better place.

The house is absolutely beautiful, tranquil and homely. I stayed in the Toddington room which was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy, it even had an earthing sheet to give you a better nights sleep. A comprehensive welcome pack and lovely hamper of natural goodies is provided. I fell in love with the the facial oil!

Helena and her wonderful team are all very passionate, extremely knowledgeable and very caring. They made me feel at home and part of the family straight away.

The juices are all fresh and customised to your health needs, the evening broths are also delicious and at no point did I feel hungry.

The workshops were very informative and have opened my eyes to looking at food and plants differently. They were also super fun, I especially enjoyed the almond milk making and face mask sessions.

The detox included colonic hydrotheropy. I had never had it before and was a bit unsure about the procedure but Liz (the practitioner) helped me feel at ease and I am so glad I had it done as it has made a big difference to my digestive system.

The Pilates class in the morning are a great start to the day and the sauna and beauty treatments are also superb! I loved the lymphatic drainage massage and highly recommend the reflexology.

I didn’t book the Naturopathic Consultation and Quantum Magnetic Bio-Resonance Scan as I didn’t really know much about it but will definitely do it next time as it was highly recommended by other guests.

Thank you Helena and team for looking after me so well and educating me on how to look after my body. I have certainly learned a lot, my skin feels incredible and I feel a lot healthier and energised.

Helena thank you also for taking me on a walk after all the other guests had left and for your inspiring words.

It was truly a wonderful retreat and money well spent. I will definitely book another soon.
