I can't recommend Ben highly enough. I came with constant upper back & neck pain from years of working a desk job with poor posture. I spent months trying to strengthen my back with no improvement to the pain. Ben correctly identified that I needed to focus on streching before strengthing. After about six months with Ben, I'm nearly pain free and have much better range of motion. You have to put in the work but Ben will build a routine that works for you.

great chiropractors, receptionists are great, very easy to contact arrange booking, and working bookings around what works best for you. Garrett was great at finding the areas which were causing me the most discomfort, he identified them quickly and helped reduce the pains in the first couple of sessions. he gave me tips and advice throughout all of it, set up a guide to routines to do at home, and made the whole healing process much easier. highly recommend!

First time visiting a Chiropractor. What to say? Well had a lot of back/shoulder pain for a couple of Months from a mixture of previous injuries and a very heavy job.

Garretts treatments have found the root cause of my long standing arm and shoulder problems, the exercises have allowed me to work on things away from physio sessions. He's been patient with me and helped when I've struggled a bit at times. The staff here are very friendly too and put you at ease when maybe entering the building a bit stressed or tired, would recommend this company and site if you need similar problems fixing.
