At The Medical everyone is very helpful and professional. I came in for an initial assessment of gait analysis, for orthotics and then later for Physiotherapy. Harry Brooke is a superb ambassador for The Medical. He listened to me and was able to give me a programme of exercises to follow.

I consulted with Dr Chris Derby having got myself all knotted up with stress & tension and experiencing neck and shoulder pain. Chris was able to quickly diagnose and explain the imbalance that was causing my symptoms and recommend a treatment plan. Where I couldn't turn my head to the right fully anymore and had pain and restriction in the same shoulder, I now have my full range of movement again. Chris is knowledgeable in his field and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a chiropractor.

I’ve been treated at The Medical by Chiropractor Dr Chris Derby. I find Chris to be the perfect balance of, on one hand a great deal of professional knowledge and expertise – which gives the patient confidence in his treatment – and on the other hand very warm, friendly and personable – he is very easy to talk to and get along with – which is important in helping the patient to relax, and look forward to treatments.
