My Wife has been using The Medical for a few years and has always been very impressed. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and it's in a good location for her. She has been able to go back as needed after long periods away. Her Chiropractor and her have a good relationship. She would recommend The Medical to anyone needing help.

I would recommend The Medical in Keynsham to anyone who needs physio. I've been going to the Medical for my lower back and I can't speak highly enough of the whole physio and reception team. I hurt my back and felt extremely anxious about it. From my initial assessment with Sam to my ongoing physio with James, I felt like they really know their stuff and put me at ease. James is a really good physio. Each session I've had has improved my knowledge around my back and the muscles supporting it as he ensures to go over the detail in a clear way. I've learnt so much and feel like I can ask anything. The sessions I have do not only help my back recover but give me the tools to continue to avoid injury. Shelly at Reception is also always so helpful and friendly. Thanks guys!

I been going to the Medical in Keynsham on and off for over 15 years. I’ve had everything from physio to massages. I’ve even practiced Pilates. Great place to go if you want to keep well. Also Sophie the osteopath is just fantastic!

I contacted the medical from an online search for a physio and from the first initial contact have been treated in the most professional and friendly way possible. Jordan’s advice and treatment are working wonders and Sally has a great customer facing presence. I made a mistake on submitting my bupa treatment code but this was sorted by Shelley asap even though it was my mistake.
Would totally recommend if you looking for good service and advice.

Lauren has been excellent at helping me with my rheumatology symptoms and management whilst I have been awaiting diagnosis. Came here for treatment with Rachel, having been in a crash with an articulated lorry. Lots of pain and discomfort. Rachel assessed and started a comprehensive treatment plan which 10 weeks later has been an amazing transformation. Absolutely faultless and would highly recommend. She is a perfect advocate for their company. Amazing
