From my initial meeting, Kathryn made me feel at ease, listened, explained everything and I had total confidence in her. Naturally, on the day of the procedure, I was apprehensive, but I was treated with care, kindness and understanding. Following the anaesthetic, the procedure itself was quick and painless. I was discharged with clear instructions on pain relief etc, and I received a check up call the following day. My recovery continued really well and without incident. On Kathryn's recommendation I invested in a sitz bath which was really worthwhile. Six weeks on and my wounds have healed completely. I have no hesitation in recommending Kathryn, you will be in very safe, caring, and professional hands. Thank you for everything.

I saw Kathryn McCarthy at The McCarthy Clinic at Litfield House Medical Centre. I had a flare up of my haemorrhoids and was in considerable discomfort. I found Kathryn McCarthy very approachable, she was very kind, understanding and went into great detail of the options available to me. Both Kathryn and her nurse treated me very sympathetically and I felt at ease the whole time during my examination. I would highly recommend her 100%.

From the process of booking the initial appointment, right through to the post op. checkup - my experience was excellent. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout and made to feel extremely comfortable, during what was quite a tough procedure. Thank you.
