Went into Deal hospital complaint about my heavily swollen leg was told I’m okay go home and put some ice on it. I came back from my GP appointment met Nurse practitioner Paul immediately he told me I have a broken foot referred me for an x-ray at QQM and yes he was right. I had a broken foot. Thank you Paul for saving me yesterday. 02/04/24❤️

One Receptionist I spoke to was incredibly rude, told me it wasn't an emergency (no it's not that's why I'm calling the doctors and not an ambulance) then in the same sentence I got accused of not being concerned enough about my child! Saw a doctor the other day who could see my son was in real physical pain, after harping on about how qualified she was and how much experience she had, she took his temperature and then told me he was fine?! So I guess her "qualifications and experience" fell short and it just turns out she's just arrogant! There's only one doctor there that cares and will actually help you out, I wish I knew her name but I don't so now I'm having to change practice!

Honestly waited for an hour and no sandwiches to show for it. Dissappointed and will just go to the doctors surgery around the corner where they might also have sandwiches next time.
3 stars because it smelled like pine and the lighting didn't hurt my eyes. Great staff! Colleen is doing the Lord's work!

A very merry Christmas and a happy New Year to everyone involved with the Surgery. There is a warm welcome and a smile on arrival at the surgery. Every patient is treated with dignity, kindness and respect by the wonderful ladies on reception.
The doctors always treat me in a respectful, professional and dedicated manner. Everything is explained in detail in an understandable way and they always ensure that I understand their instructions.
The nurses are amazing, polite and friendly. They are always empathetic and provide a wonderful service.
The surgery is always clean and tidy and it is a pleasure to visit.

The GP I have seen recently has been really thorough and supportive. She has taken full and timely action WRT referrals that were needed. The nurse who did my bloods last week was friendly and thorough too. It’s a nice surgery to go to and timings have been good too.

Very impressed by the service provided by a nurse at the practice today. My husband and I were booked in for shingles/pneumococcal vaccines. When we mentioned needing a routine test, she took the blood for that at the same time. Friendly and professional.
