Every time I’ve contacted the Manor Surgery, the reception staff have been absolutely amazing. Their customer service is fantastic. They are the first point of contact for many of us, often when we’re feeling our most vulnerable. Well done, team!

Everytime we had a health issue we received exceptional service from the manor surgery. Calls are answered promptly by staff. Online inquiries within 1-2h. Our kids are seen 1-2h after we call for a problem. We never thought this was possible before moving in the area.
Well done!

Outstanding service from this practice. They have been very proactive, efficient and kind about care for my elderly relatives. Excellent quality of medical care from knowledgeable, caring clinicians. And courteous, welcoming and efficient help received from administrative staff.

?Once again, exemplary surgery.
I am unable to fault this surgery, who look after my wonderful 92 year old Mum’s mental health both in acute & longer term situations. They are beyond helpful, kind & supportive of relatives who care, good practice & clinical excellence abounds. Well done.?

As an Australian surgeon who has run a large practice for two decades and now works in the UK, I am shocked at the level of discourtesy and lack of professionalism of the front desk staff at this clinic. Karen was particularly dismissive and addressed us quite poorly.
I am very surprised that this is how a general practitioner’s receptionist behaves. I suspect and sincerely hope it is not a reflection of the level of service that the GPs provide.
As an addendum we were called by the administrator of the practice today who rather than provide some clarification or even an apology just continued to berate us for not expressing our concerns. I am quite surprised that rather than try to de escalate the situation the secretarial staff have subtly advised us to seek care else where!

I don’t know how this surgery has 4 stars. Barely deserves one! I kept requesting to see an ENT as I had suffered with my sinuses for over a decade. They wrote a referral to ENT, but then the GP cancelled it before the date of the letter came around ridiculous! To make it even more ridiculous the GP’s condescending comments from the appointment left me speechless. She doesn’t know how difficult it is to fall asleep when you can’t breathe through your nose, to have horrible blocked nose when getting a flu that nothing helps and to wake up during the night because you changed sleeping positions and now you can’t breathe properly anymore. I am so disappointed. I wish I could opt out from paying for NHS and pay for private instead. NHS is now a joke!

Entirely unqualified, untrained and extremely unhelpful practice. I was sent back to a self-help guide instead of receiving proper medical guidance. The front staff is pretty much not working at all, as everyone is chatting at the back, instead of helping the patients. Horrendous registration process, and I was sent back to the website twice whilst trying to make an appointment, whilst the lady complained about having to enter my details. Namely, doing the job she is being paid for. Congratulations, the Manor Surgery.
