Superb service from the receptionist and Nurse Christine Eaman today. I went to the surgery for a flu jab, but some other concerns were also reviewed at the same consultation.
The staff I have always found to be most professional and helpful; the surgery is just let down by the very poor appointment booking system to see a GP & the lack of an online repeat prescription service. Once these issues are addressed (and I believe this is planned for the near future), the user experience will undoubtedly improve.

This practice should be shut down. What’s the point of a fancy cafe and new name for the Practice when there’s staff with appalling attitudes and lack of compassion for others. Isn’t the purpose of a change, about making improvements and making a change in the care to their patients?! No wonder all the good doctors have left. It’s shocking. I think the quality care commission are to nice, the report says “requires improvement” more like requires urgent shut down. Ange is brilliant, I will admit, but the rest of the staff should be ashamed, including the useless doctors there, who just look their nose down on young people with mental health issues. No doubt it will close in the future. I’d throw a party.

Always have the phone put down, as I'm on the phone for half an hour to more then an hour. Doctors don't seem to have an clue what's going on as I had to rush my baby into A&E and they said she was really ill but was told by doctors she was absolutely fine. This doctors have gone down alot and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Won’t let me put no stars. I have called 60 times Monday no answer. Did the new ask your gp twice yesterday, when I had no call I rung the surgery and was told the doctor was going through the list now and will be called shortly. No call came. I have rung today to make an appointment and the receptionist refused to book an appointment she said I have to speak to a doctor. I again requested to book an appointment and she again refused.
A doctors surgery that refuses to book a patient an appointment!
The only way to complain is wrote to the practice manager so that way it stays in house!

This is definitely the very best GP surgery I have ever experienced. I am 65 years old and have more than 20 medical conditions, so I have a lot of experience of GP surgeries. The facilities and medical equipment are excellent. The same applies to the staff, who do all seem to really care about patients.

My experience of GPs (I usually see Dr. Myint) is that they are very knowledgeable, even when it comes to very rare conditions, like my Addison's disease.

The nurses too are experts in their fields of specialities.

The receptionists who answer the telephone are more knowledgeable than one would expect. But more impressively, they ALWAYS leave me feeling elated when I finish my call. I wish I knew how they did it when they have 5,330 patients constantly phoning them and visiting the reception desk.

There will always be times when something goes wrong, when a tiny minority of moaners are unreasonable or, regrettably, abusive. Those people should be thankful instead for what they have got; that will help make a superb L.H.C. even better!
