The Livewell Syndicate

I visited the Livewell Syndicate for some EMS treatment on my shoulder. I often get tendinitis, which causes pain and affects my ability to train. Danny was very thorough with his consultation, and after my treatment I noticed significant strength and mobility benefits from being able to engage my muscles surrounding my shoulder far better. I would definitely recommend the Livewell Syndicate, couldn’t have been happier with my experience!

Both CJ and Danny from the livewell syndicate have been major contributors to my recovery from a spinal cord injury. They have endless amounts of knowledge that is all backed by science and data , which is paramount when dealing with your physical ,mental heath and wellbeing. Whether you’re just starting out on your wellbeing journey or further into your path , the live well syndicate will help you achieve your goals for sure . Professional, friendly and fantastically supportive , I really couldn’t recommend them enough.

I found the talking therapy invaluable at a time of great need. CJ has been great for me, regularly checking in and always flexible with appointments. I've developed coping strategies and know that I have the skills to be more open moving forward.

One of my coaches reccomended I work with the Live Well Syndicate in the run up to my recent white collar fight. I had a pretty gruelling 10 week camp and was feeling the effects physically… Danny from the LWS reccomended I come in for some EMS rather than the regular deep tissue massage I’d have opted for elsewhere (which often leave me sore and can sometimes feel a little counter productive for that reason). The EMS was incredible. Danny talked me through every step of the process, explaining where I had imbalances and how that can be rectified with this treatment. Not only did it alleviate a lot of my soreness just days before the fight, but it left me looking fuller and more muscular. I’ve since continued training in the gym and have found that my muscular engagement and pump in the areas treated has been significantly better! I can’t recommend Danny and the team down at LWS enough.

I have been with Livewell syndicate for 18 months. First start with the massage and was fantastic work by the fantastic therapist. But unfortunately I have to end up with surgery. But when I return to the place again after surgery and I complained about both my legs not feeling well with walking distance and the therapist decided to help me with ems and PT. and the greatest surprise the legs improves and walking better distances. Continues with PT. and I believe in myself that I will be able to be fit again because I have trust in my therapist. Nice little family place to visit for my need. The therapist and her business partner are both very good people and makes the clients feel welcome. Unfortunately for me something change that stops me continuing my PT and EMS. If anyone feels they don’t feel right and I would say pop in The Livewell Syndicate and I’m sure you will feel you come to the right place. They are the ones that welcome clients and they are the ones will help you to be great health and a happy clients. I give the livewell syndicate 10 out of 10. Cheers for all you have done for me. I have been using Livewell syndicate for close to 2 years now and I have had a lovely experience since my first day. I work as a medical practitioner which involves lot of standing, sitting infront of the computer which makes me get back and shoulder pain often. Since I started using Livewell syndicate, I have had both the Swedish and Thai massage with the stretch class and this has really helped me a lot. I have much less now pain compared to how I was before I started having the massage sessions. Both CJ and Dan are very lovely people and I will surely recommend Livewell syndicate to anyone.

My Massage Therapist is fantastic and so peaceful and I feel I’m out of this world. I am always happy to return to massage at Livewell Syndicate. I have been going there a year this month and still continue because of the beautiful massage and relax. I just wish I could possibly stay on the table all day My Therapist is very friendly and always smiling and makes you feel welcome. I be a fool if I stop going.
