Was told I couldn't have work done due to my sensitivity, baring in mind I'm Autistic. When I complained to the receptionist she tried to say that they don't do that there. It was so belittling. Were you in the room with me...no you weren't. Rude woman.

I have a chronic neurological disease which affects my nervous system and causes muscle weakness. It is progressive and has no known cure. The growing weakness in my feet, ankles and lower legs leads to poor mobility and increased risk of falling.
I am continually looking for advice on managing my illness and adopting exercises that will help slow down the mounting weakness in my legs and arms.
With this in mind I applied for an appointment with the Clinic at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre. On the 9th December 2024 I was seen by Physiotherapist Marc Czuczman. His verbal and physical assessment was extremely thorough. He took time to understand the daily mental and emotional challenges I face and my need for self-motivation and exercise therapy. He has since provided a comprehensive range of exercises suited to address the weaknesses he found during his assessment.
I found Marc’s empathy and understanding refreshing and hope that I can achieve improvement in the areas of weakness he identified.

Well, the service here is impeccable. Custom insoles have helped my mom and wife walk pain-free. Jamal is courteous, knowledgeable and professional in every way. I would recommend his service to anyone. Many issues start from the feet up. Get sound advice from him, a pair of custom insoles and see how different you can feel. It may not work for everyone with very specific issues, but trust me, this is a tiny minority and you won't be out of pocket. Excellent. What more can I say.

Fantastic service, Wendy is amazing and so friendly and helpful. My physio Edward has been amazing in treating my many injuries through competative bodybuilding and thanks to him and his advise I got my shoulder sorted and surgery completed, his post op physio care has been fantastic, taking into consideration my structured training schedule and his understanding of an athlete has been fantastic.

The Lilleshall Clinic is simply wonderful: a professional, friendly, deeply caring team.

My partner and I have been seeing Jamal periodically for the past few years with very different physical ailments. He has been utterly brilliant with us both, dedicating his time and expertise generously. He always speaks to us, rather than down to us and has a confidence-building presence. He clearly cares deeply for both his patients and his colleagues: I've seen just how hard he's working to keep the clinic operational in these challenging times.

Besides Jamal, the Clinic has a fabulous receptionist in Wendy: ceaselessly polite, attentive and sunny in her disposition, Wendy is a super first point of contact. In all of my experiences with the Clinic, Wendy has always done a top-notch job of keeping me absolutely informed and I've never had an appointment cancelled - indeed, I've been the one asking for alterations; Wendy has always obliged me patiently and with good humour.

I consider myself very lucky to have met Jamal and, besides being much improved physically, to have made a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend Jamal and his team!

Jamal is the best!
I have experienced issues with my back since I was 13. At 17 I was told I had Degenerative Disc Disease and my future didn’t look great. When I was 24 I had a car accident that made my symptoms worse and when I met Jamal in Sept 2017 I could only walk on crutches. With Jamal’s amazing support and knowledge, along with spinal injections, I now lead a normal life of a 28 y/o. I regularly see Jamal to keep my back in a good place. He has helped with flair ups and kept me calm and on the right track to recovery. I have not needed spinal injections for over 18months and it’s thanks to Jamal keeping me on track with stretches and encouraging me to go to the gym (which I now love) that I have the lifestyle I have.
I recommend him to everyone. He is the best and so caring. It is now like catching up with an old friend.
Also thank you Wendy on reception, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Excellent service and treatment.
From the start; booking in with Wendy who was extremely helpful to the treatment itself with Jamal was great. A very professional team. Throughout, Jamal took the time to explain the reasons for his procedure which helps in understanding your body and the healing process. Highly recommended.

How lucky was I to be referred to The Lilleshall Clinic by the NHS. What a different experience from other physio’s I have seen recently. Matt had the time to take an interest and explain what was happening. He was also supportive and encouraging. While sitting waiting for an appointment one day I was watching the in-house tv showing services they offer at the clinic. This led to a private podiatry appointment and following that, custom made insoles were purchased. They weren’t cheap but you can’t put a price on foot comfort when you’re on your feet all day. Don’t think that this place is just for sports people. I’m the wrong side of 55 and definitely not an athlete. Would highly recommend to anyone and you’ll be sure of a warm welcome from Wendy on the reception desk and exceptional support.
