They have a receptionist that's so rude, lies about stuff like she has done about my prescription of a controlled drug, which left me in a vulnerable position no medication for a week

Superb practice. Well organised. Very efficient. Always helpful. All staff that I have met here including reception, nurses and doctors are lovely and friendly. No rudeness whatsoever. Perhaps if those experiencing rudeness were themselves polite and tolerant they would find things different. A little understanding and a friendly attitude works both ways.

I've seen a lot of negative rvs. I find them ridiculous and rude!
The NHS are under so much strain right now. I wish people would see this.

I work in a&e, and we ran off our feet. We are physically and mentally drained.

A lot of appts can be saved for those that need them, by using the NHS app and self managing using common s
ense and talking to your pharmacist.

I've never found ANY of the receptionists rude- ever. They've always been helpful and polite - as has my daughter never experienced a negative experience.

Maybe you shouldn't shout and paddy at them when they've no appts that day for you for your tickly cough or 3 day hangover, and you'd not get a 'rude' experience.

The team at lakeside are brilliant. i have had the best care that anyone could expect. The Doctors, Nurses and admin staff are excellent. I cannot thank them enough.

Staff on the phone are rude and unhelpful, you can never get an appointment. I have had many appointments cancelled, both for my parent and son including myself. Arrive on time for your appointment and you still wait for nearly an hour. The worsted doctors i have used in my life. The Doctors when you get to see them are good, it is the reception staff that are the problem here. I 'am now looking for a new doctors for my family, this one is just not good enough.

I rang the doctors on Monday morning feeling unwell I told the receptionist my symptoms., she was very sympathetic and got me an appointment within 2 hours. I was booked in to see Dr Thomas who I haven't never seen before as I don't go to the doctors that often. I knocked on his door and he appogized for being a little late. I sat down and told him my symptoms, his calm natured manner., and his effecincy was outstanding. He booked me in for a full blood count which I had 2days later. Again the nurse Jackie was fantastic and made me feel at ease. I got the results the day after and my prescription was waiting for me at the desk. I just want to say thank you and hopefully I'm now on the mend xx

Impossible to get through in a morning when they book an appointment it's weeks away. And they told a patient that they have a 90% chance of have a deadly disease so they have to wait 5 days to find out if they have it.
