Had a lovely last minute stay at The Kelling estate. Our accommodation was in Nijinsky part of the stable block. The rooms were clean and of a high standard. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The location was idyllic and handy for the coast and Holt

We have recently returned from a three night stay with our family in the fabulous Tern Place. So spacious but at the same time warm and welcoming. The large kitchen was very well equipped with every thing we needed, the adjoining seating area looking out onto the terrace. The lovely separate TV lounge was very comfortable as were the bedrooms with super king size beds. The large white fluffy towels and the beautiful scented hand soap and lotion were a lovely touch. Everywhere was so clean and tidy.
The private dining was a nice experience, excellent food and good service, the Chef and Waiter were both very polite and friendly.
Thank you to Hayley and the team, we all had a wonderful stay.

Just home from a wonderful 3 night break with friends in Tern Place.
Absolutely blown-away by the quality of the home and the exquisite furnishings and decor. Ťhe attention to detail is evident throughout. Hayley and all of the Kelling Estate team clearly take great pride in their homes and the wonderful service that they provide to their guests. Nothing is too much trouble.
We were blessed with lovely weather and enjoyed exploring the walks from the front door. But if the weather had been more typically British (!) we would have been more than happy relaxing in the expansive home and simply chilling out.
We wish the Kelling Estate every success with the ever growing portfolio of beautiful holiday homes and we will be back soon to enjoy one or more of them.
Thank you for making us feel like long lost friends.

Tasteful cottages set in a working farm behind Kelling Hall. If you are looking for a dog friendly setting, there is no where to walk dogs adjacent to the cottages, despite the fact that there are acres of land around Kelling Hall. We were directed out on to the narrow road and down a gravel drive to take us on to open marshlands. However when we tried this we had an enormous piece of farm equipment bearing down on us, which made it too dangerous. In addition one of our shower doors would not open. Alhough this was repaired quickly, when you are booking top end you don't expect this type of issue....

Thoroughly enjoyable short break in Arkle. The accommodation was very well appointed, very clean and fresh, with very comfy beds and lovely linens and towels. Warm and with everything required for a holiday stay. Parking was very easy. The estate is immaculately kept and a great location for the coastal villages and very easy into Holt which we had not visited for many years and remains a traditional independent town to spend time
The booking process was straightforward with plenty of information on the accommodation and staff were very responsive. Would highly recommend .

Booked the one night in big star,
The area is perfect for touring north Norfolk coastline , the apartment is small but thankfully and rare they had a superking bed which was comfortable
Room was hot due to weather , but area was thankfully super quiet so slept well
The bedroom could defiantly do with a better black out blind ie one that fits side 2 side same as I have at my own home. As the light that comes into the room early does wake you if your a light sleeper.
The rest of the apartment is great, with all mod cons and nexpresso pod machine , sadly only coffee left was caffeine free apart from one pod but this would have been easily to rectify with a call to them. Otherwise excellent and would be happy to stay here agin

Arkle is a brilliant cottage with 2 double bedded rooms with en suite.The beds were so comfortable - the bathrooms had lovely towels with white company shampoos etc.The kitchen / sitting area was very adequate for 4 people. There is nothing to dislike about the cottage at all.The estate is immaculately kept and is nice and quiet and within 2 miles of Holt. In short a very excellent place to stay

Our stay at Kelling Estate was just perfect from start to finish. The Stables are beautifully furnished with everything you need & spotlessly clean. With the amazing weather we had we particularly enjoy our gardens. The location is in reach of all the best places to visit in North Norfolk, one favorite of ours was The Holt Garden Centre, the breakfast and service was spot on.
We’re definitely be coming back!
