I started therapy with Kaleidoscope back in October. I was matched with a trainee counsellor I believe who knew I had issues with other therapy ending abruptly & they did exactly the same. I went into my trauma a bit deeper in one session I mean this is counselling & then a few days later I got a phone call of a lady who I do not know to tell me that the my counsellor could no longer work with me & it wasn’t my fault. She said I should hear back from their manager which never happened. Not only did she drop me she couldn’t do it herself or even get her manager who I’ve spoken to do it.
I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with therapy & I shared that with the Kaleidoscope team & they clearly did not care.

I was dropped after opening up to my counsellor. I was so shocked that I went into a crisis. I never received an apology or any acknowledgment even after calling once & emailing to tell them I was disappointed. That behaviour is very unethical & I would never recommend anyone to come here. Being ghosted added to my trauma.

Thank god for these guys because there’s not much help out there, the Sanctuary Hub is great just walk in and you have someone who listens and supports you, super friendly and welcoming, it’s a safe quiet place to spend some time there. Thank You Kaleidoscope

Don’t bother with this service. Nothing but photo copied hand outs On each visit , waste of time. They don’t support you. Awful service. Going back to my GP and will also be reporting them to the mental health service.

Honestly i don't know where I would be without this place. Kaleidoscopic helped me understand my mental health issues. I am so grateful to them; as now I'm in a good place in my life.
