To the reply, don't listen, care homes was never inspected due to covid, first hand with evidence of what happened with my dad and evidence of the useless workers. Don't be fooled by the managers response to my review.

I would not use if you love your loved ones, breaches the privacy act and gives private information to non family, lies though their teeth on matters. workers sit around and on a fag break more than working. Dad died of neglect and still they told people where my dad was taken even with saying not to as they had no power, yet again in breach of the privacy act. human rights act under article 8: protects your right to respect for your private and family life was also breached and manager still ignored legal action was being taken due to it.

My dad ended up with cuts and bruises and it was played off. There are better homes out there so please don't take notice of the good reviews, go and see the home, question everything and always have POA as the homes give you no say or power without it.

they discriminated my grandad, and injured him very badly, they didn't let us see him on his last weeks, due to a ''lockdown'' (even though it is against the law at this time). when we heard the news about him passing away and rushed to him there was so many people came to see their parents or what ever WITHOUT masks even though there was a ''lockdown''? and when I saw him, he was severely under-weight, before he went into the care home he was a little over weight but still healthy, now when we seen him last he was practically a skeleton with skin. oh yeah just to say, I was 13 at the time, wasn't a good sight to see a close person in the family like that, last thing I want to say is that, don't believe the 5 star review, its a worker, we chatted to her many times.
