The Hot Tub & Wellness Centre

Had the palma hot tub delivered today guys were professional and efficient. The Hot Tub is great looks amazing and is very relaxing plenty of different functions. Alex set it all up for us and programed it to. He went though the menu with me and a lesson on chemicals. The comuication up to delivery has been awesome. Alex was very quick to get back to me via WhatsApp app and phone. I had a site survey at no extra cost to ensure could fit and Alex picked up on a tight spot and came a day before to remove metal railings and even put then back in for me once delivered. I am so glad we went with a local company for our hot tub. Thanks so much!!

Its refreshing to get good honest help and advice as well as great customer service. Been using The Hot Tub & Wellness Centre for over 3 years and would go no where else now as found them highly competitive on pricing in fact in most cases cheaper. They only sell quality chemicals and offer advice on there use if needed. Thanks to Alex, Val, Mark and the rest team for making our Hot Tub experience so joyful.

We purchased and had a hot tub installed by the Hot Tub and Wellness Centre. The service was fantastic and staff were helpful and answered our questions throughout installation. We recently used the same company to 'close down' our hot tub for the winter. The service was impeccable and I am really pleased with the level of detail and diligence that the engineer displayed. Purchased Platinum Infinity inn2021, we have been very pleased with the product and service. Recently had issue with one of the jets and Alex quickly responded to help get problem resolved. Good job !

I recently had a hot tub move carried out by The Hot Tub & Wellness Centre and the level of service I received was outstanding. It was a very tight squeeze but they remained calm, friendly and professional at all times, and managed to get the hot tub in. Provided professional advice and helped me get set up. Amazing service would highly recommend to anyone, easily 6 out of 5 ?

Avoid Swan Pool and Spa. We decided to purchase locally and pay a premium for customer service, sadly customer service is not part or what you purchase. Once it’s delivered you are on your own! Even the free service they offered with our purchase has terms and conditions and was supposedly only valid for the first three months!!! Honestly who would service a brand new hot tub after just three months… So when I asked why didn’t you contact us to book in our free service their response was we do not like to badger customers!!! Seriously a free service wouldn’t badger anyone but in reality you would except the service to be valid for at least 12 months. We are only a 11 month old customer and it’s sad to admit but all they wanted to do was charge me £240 plus vat for the service and after care was 0 out of 10. Steer clear and buy online.. £££’s cheaper and customer service would probably be better

This is a family run business and they have been great from start to finish. Absolutely no pressure at all when buying. They explained everything as we have never owned a hot tub before. They were just interested in us having the right tub not the most expensive one. Delivery was as promised and we are very happy with the product (much better quality than we seen locally) and the ongoing customer service. They genuinely care which is nice to know!
