I'm consistently very impressed with the ease of access to appointments here. The receptionists are kind and helpful and the care I have received from medical professionals has been great. I would say that the experience of getting repeat prescriptions filled can be a bit variable but it has always been sorted out in the end.

Cannot speak highly enough of the Horsley Medical Practice - from receptionist, admin staff, nurses, physio and of course the GPs - all so helpful, professional and friendly. Never an issue get an appointment online. We really are so lucky in Horsley to have such a proactive doctor’s surgery.

I've just moved into this area and applied online for the Horsley Medical Practice Centre, after doing so I visited the centre to ask if they received my application online and was then told to check a few days later.
After not hearing from them for over a week I rung and left messages a few times and managed to finally get through to receptionist Val today 15/07/2022 then to the registrar John, both John and Val didn't have any clues about my registration until I pushed further with John and got him to check again using my surname.
Only then to be told that I'm out of the catchment area, when I was told I was in the catchment beforehand when I followed up by visiting the surgery previously.
This is not acceptable and now I've got to reapply to another surgery which leaves me without my regular medication.
Not the kind of surgery I'd be happy to be going to if this is the kind of response you will get!!!!
