Dr. Pauline Snell was truly exceptional. She was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the beginning. Her dedication, compassion, and ability to connect on a human level are qualities that deserve to be recognised. I genuinely believe she deserves more acknowledgement — whether through awards or official recognition — for the outstanding work she does.

I would give zero stars if I could horrible service they can't even do the bare minimum of care provided for patients having gone through lots of pain and trauma caused by negligence from doctors saying I don't have a lower urinary tract infection in my body because I wasn't presenting with flank pains or fever, told by the doctor to quote "take painkillers and drink water" and eventually having to go to A&E with unbearable pain from a testicle infection... And still unresolved chronic issues that they have done a poor job of testing for going on now a year nowhere close to resolving it.

their booking system is also awful forcing you to use their online anima app, no call ins no going in asking for an appointment all online and the website doesn't work half the time. I tried to book an appointment and got a message asking me to pick the time for appointment "we are inviting you to book an appointment between Friday 11 April to Friday 2 may. You can book your appointment below" no option to book appointment on the outcome so I ring them up and get told I can't book in advance I have to book on the day... Their anime service opens on 8am on the dot I am there the second it is online and still don't get an appointment and also get told conflicting information.

They do not have patients best interests in mind, avoid this place.

Staff was friendly but the older women at reception not the main desk the other main desk opposite, really she made us wait 45 mins and never even alerted the team who was going to take the blood test she knew I was with a toddler yet she didn’t even bother to tell me you have to go upstairs and wait in a different area , too busy on her phone , and after 40 mins I asked her if they know I’m here she said no you have to go upstairs and wait there I was like you could have told me 40 mins ago , also I asked her do they know I’m here she said no which I could have lost my appointment, really annoyed by the leval of service , then I got there and waited in area so a ten mins appointment took me over a hour . Also when asked she was like I don’t have thier number to let them know your here your in the same building bit stupid really .

I recently visited St Mathews Heron GP and just want to tell some reception staff is bullshit. Because they thinking people don't know English so they have st argument with people. Should be this need stop.

I had used the new anima online health care and so far had been good. Until I made a new request. I was given phone consultation but Dr Raj had answered the phone and had given the most horrible answer ever. The reason I requested assistance was due to being on my period for 16 days and the doctor replied saying since it’s slowing down it is getting better. … what kind of answer is that! He then told me to book blood test. I was confused why couldn’t doctor at least help me book test as the receptionist never answers! I called reception 5 times and each time I waited 1 hour. I had given up but I don’t know if I should change gp. This GP reception staff are ridiculous. Hopefully the staff all change.

This is the worst ever GP.
I tried to book an appointment on the new system which is online.
I filled the all necessary forms 2 hours I got a reply from these people saying that I should go to my local pharmacy to help me.
I have had this health problem for over 10 years. Every time I see a Dr they tell me different nonsense.
I don't think the Dr checked my health records.
Now I'm really really worried about my health. This problem can causes cancer.
Today i have been on the phone for over 2 hours and I was told to book another request next day.

Doctors are excellent.
Reciption staff are useless, they never pick up. Last time I was on hold for 1.5hours, I drove to the practice, as I got there I was still on hold and the staff were laughing and eating away and not even bothered about the call. Disappointed. Am on the phone to them right now too and same issue again. What a joke.

I agree with the comments below . The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. 2 hrs I have waited in total yesterday to speak to some in the office and then I get cut off !!! It's appalling I have been with the practice 37yrs and I have never seen it this bad . I have had to call 111 to get an appointment as they would not answer. Also Amina app is a joke!!!

I have been on hold now for 50 min because the doc said she's give me a sick note that she hasn't sent and my appointment was at 12pm!!! It's now 4 . But again no-one is answering I have been in position one for 45 min!!!

Makes me very upset- to the point that I'm am going to leave the surgery after being registered here all my life !
