I was seen by a really nice and understanding young lady called Jade. She was totally professional and explained everything clearly. She did a fantastic job on my ears and my hearing is better than it has been for many years. I would recommend the Hearing Clinic and would not hesitate to use them again myself, a really nice experience.

I found the wax removal was carried out very professionally, I was made to feel relaxed which help to take my mind off any worries I had.
The equipment used had a camera which highlighted the inside of the ear which showed the wax to be removed, which I was shown before the wax was removed. The wax removal was painless there was a noise but it did not bother me . I viewed a picture of the inside of the ear after the wax was removed.
I notice the improvement in my hearing right away. I will use the hearing clinic at Stafford for any future wax removal. I have used other wax removal clinic's , I have found they just don't seem to have the same professional approach.

I have been very happy with the service I’ve had at the Stafford clinic.
I have had my hearing aids for two years and continue to attend regularly for wax removal.
Apart from one or two technical problems which were soon dealt with I have got to the stage of forgetting I am wearing them but this took some months to achieve.
The sound land scape sounds quite dull when I am not wearing them. I realised early on how much bird song I had been missing.
Debbie tested my hearing and prescribed which frequencies needed enhancing. She was very patient with my initial minor problems.
Jade clears the building up of wax regularly and is always welcoming and considerate.

Hi on time and there is always someone available in main office to give advice.
