Such a Wonderful Spa Day!

Had an absolutely amazing day at the spa! Jo and Mimi were fantastic so professional and kind. Mimi was especially friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The massages from Jo and Mimi were 10/10 honestly the best my wife and I have ever had. Absolute perfection! We both left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea, which was the perfect touch. The whole spa is beautiful and peaceful, and every member of the staff was so sweet and welcoming.

Highly recommend for anyone in need of a relaxing, feel-good day!

Wow! The VERY BEST Spa experience EVER. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were treated like royalty. There was no attempt to sell any products or push any treatments. Our absolute comfort and enjoyment was paramount.
The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
The full body massage.. and facial.. that I had from Aneta was without doubt, the best I’ve EVER had. She was soo incredibly professional and yet soo genuinely caring at the same time. Her techniques were sooo very relaxing. I floated out of her treatment room.
Thank goodness I live in Wales! I’d be bankrupt if I lived any closer. X

Lovely place for a spa. The location is so peaceful and beautiful. Beatrice was lovely she gave me and my husband a full body massage. Definitely would recommend going there again and to new people. And for the price is really good.

Lovely gift from my hubby to be to help me relax before our big day! Lovely restaurant (I had it to myself) nice lunch although a bit sweet heavy for me. Massage was amazing and use of spa facilities for a few hours after made it great value for money (Spa Sparkling afternoon Tea).

This place is incredible. I've been looking for a good spa to go to in Bristol and after years I'm happy to have found this place! Great value for money, excellent treatment and afternoon tea. No jacuzzi but didn't miss it. Piping hot steam room and sauna

A wonderful day at the Hampton spa from start to finish. We both enjoyed our treatments it was the best massage and facial we've ever had!! felt very relaxed and comfortable thankyou Beatrice, staff were very friendly and helpful would highly recommend we will be visiting again soon.

My daughter booked us a spa package including treatments each for a birthday treat, we were both really looking forward to a lovely afternoon together relaxing in the spa and enjoying our massage and facials.

We were warmly welcomed by Katie and she explained what time our treatments were and showed us around. After being left in the changing rooms to get ready a few ladies entered after what I imagine was a class in the members/residents area. Whilst getting changed into her swimwear my daughter was rudely approached by one of the residents who very loudly proclaimed that she was wearing an inappropriate bikini and that bikinis were not allowed in the spa and that only full swimsuits can be worn and that there was a sign in the changing area stating this. This is not correct! She continued to say the same thing loudly whilst looking my daughter up and down disapprovingly. I was also wearing a bikini and as there were other ladies in the changing area, this made us feel really uncomfortable and embarrassed, we said we wern’t aware as there was nothing in the communication from Hampton Spa to say this was a rule. We had only been in there for a few minutes and really just felt like leaving. It was a horrible start to what should have been a lovely afternoon.

We went into the pool area to get away from the situation but I certainly didn’t feel comfortable to enjoy the facilities.
If my review was only for Katie the Spa therapist it would definitely be a five start, she was amazing when I told her what happened and was extremely apologetic about the situation which made me feel more relaxed, my massage was outstanding and I highly recommend her for this,

All in all our experience at the Hampton Spa had two sides, great treatment from Katie and appalling treatment from a very rude resident or club member. The way she treated us with such confidence makes me feel she has done this before as I can’t believe we have been the only people to wear a bikini at this spa that she felt like confronting.

The Spa facilities themselves are lovely but a little small, I imagine it can feel full even when not that many people are in as there are only six beds poolside to relax on. As long as its not busy it would be a nice little tranquil place to relax for a few hours, they could possibly do with offering gowns to Spa guests and also somewhere other than a jug at the front desk to get some water if you’ve not remembered to take some with you.
