I need a six-monthly injection which is organised by the nursing team at The Hall Practice. Their operational system is outstanding as there's always a reminder of the forthcoming need and an appropriate prompting of the processes to follow. And the appointment for the injection itself is easy to organise and on time! Wonderful.

I am so grateful to be a patient of the Hall Practice. Urgent appointments are dealt with quickly and non-urgent very efficiently. There is a sensible online booking system and the staff are always pleasant and thoughtful. At a time when the NHS is so under pressure it is an inspiration to see such a well-run surgery. A great service again from the Hall practice getting emergency appointments for my son 2 days in a row and very quickly due to an infected bite and in time for our holiday. They speedily referred us to Wexham Park so we were able to fly as planned. Thank you to all of the team!

Horrendous ! My elderly mother has had major surgery and needed help aa a temporary resident due to staying with me after her operation. This surgery has been the most difficult unhelpful surgery ever! They even suggested I drive my poorly mother over one hour in the car to her own surgery get her cancer injection! Everything had been difficult with the K
Hall practise from day one. The worst ! Avoid them unless you want to be treated like a problem!!!!

Car parking fines are a racket, private company manages the car park which is shared between two surgeries and requires that you park in the specific designated space for a certain surgery AND check in on a machine. If you fail to deal with this correctly (while managing a sick child) then it’s a fine for you. No meaningful help provided with the appeal. Changing surgeries as a result.

Have only been a patient since the beginning of the year, the service I have received so far has been brilliant, absolutely love the E-consults which my previous Surgery did not do. Reception staff, very helpful and welcoming, a few weeks ago, i had a telephone appointment with Dr Sahota, she was lovely....Today I saw Diane, the Physician Associate, who was very thorough and very reassuring. Àdmin very efficient on all calls I have received also ? Thoroughly recommend
