Extremely disappointed with the customer service. There are no staff available during peak hours or even on regular working days. I visited the gym at 12:30 PM one day and 4:00 PM on another, yet no staff were present, even though the website states it's open until 8:00 PM. If I could, I'd rate it 0 stars. Hopefully, they address these issues soon.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 years. Loads of equipment, friendly staff, women only section, always clean and they’re quick to fix any issues. Can be busy at peak times but it’s never been an issue for me. Staff there are also super helpful and kind, particularly Selima who helped me with some membership issues the other day!

It's... fine, a good choice for the gym hellscape of this side of London. Machines are kept healthy, which is something that I was not expecting anymore in any budget gym, but the issue is that it is a big space with the proportion of selfish people you expect - weights are left all over the place, machines and benches seem mostly like phone reading rooms and some days it really smells bad. But there is a lot of space actually and the app works well. Expect none of the rules that are left written there to be enforced by anyone.

I've gone to the gym for the 12.15 class and it's cancelled. I've rearranged my day for this! Selima "isn't obligated" to take the class as she's short staffed. At least have the courtesy to remove the class from the app!!!
I thought, OK at least I can do the Boxing class thurs. Nope that is cancelled aswell!!!

I'm sick of this happening at least 3 times a month and have complained numerous times.

You're audacious enough to keep increasing my membership fee whilst not providing a service and have had huge holes in the gym floor that you won't repair which is dangerous.

It’s ok but has way too many classes which take up the only free floor space. They need to reduce the classes….4 people in a class today vs 10 in the slither they leave us. Other gym members need to be reminded we all pay a membership to be there so if someone gets there first to claim the space they need to train, they don’t have to move. Why get rid of cleaning stations? I do generally find the trainers approachable

Excellent gym with respectful clients and good air con. No windows but that's ok. Staff is friendly and equipment are relatively new and well maintained. Came on a Monday morning and didn't have to wait for anything

Hygiene is appalling! No tissues or spray to wipe down equipment before use it really is disgusting. The mirrors should be all the way to the floor so to check body posture during planks etc. Boxing bags need replacing. Some of the guy's here stink! Apart from that it's OK considering the price ?

Been using this as my secondary gym with the multiple access membership. Wow! 5 star. Loadssss of difference machines compared to other branches, spacious, clean and all machines in working order! Layout is excellent - love it. Thank you to all the staff working there.
