The pharmacy had a rough time last year but it's clear they've been working hard to improve and they're now back to the excellent service they provided originally. They have gone out of their way today to prepare a prescription for me at short notice as I had run out of a medication. Always cheerful and friendly.

Oct 2022: Well something has happened since my review 6 months ago (see below). There has been an amazing improvement over the last few weeks. Both my partner and I have visited a couple of times recently and service has been quick and prescriptions have been ready and the queues vanished. May be some staff training has taken place? Hopefully my previous review can now be filed in history.
My last review: Words can't describe how poor the pharmacy service is. You can quite easily expect a 30-40 minute wait and it will be unlikely that your prescription will be ready, even 4-5 days after its supposed to be.

Since the return of the permanent pharmacist, the service is back to five star. Well organised, really helpful, prescriptions ready in a timely manner, nothing too much trouble. Great to have in our local community

Never EVER answer their phone. Never EVER have my prescription ready however long I wait between ordering and collecting. Complete shambles. There a couple of nice employees but they just don’t know how to run a dispensing department. Why they turned half of it into a vaccination centre forcing people to queue outside in the rain is beyond me. Must have been purely for money. Shameful, no customer service at all.
