I absolutely love attending Zumba.
Sharon is a fantastic instructor! The passion Sharon has for Zumba shines throughout when she is teaching in class. Her classes have a range of dances. I have so much fun, she is the best!! She's always happy and brings lots of energy. It's not even about getting the moves right, it's about having fun and leaving happy.. which every class I attend makes me feel this way... 🙂

One of my favourite nights of the week is Tuesday Zumba with Sharon! The energy brought to this class every week and enthusiasm in her teaching is just incredible. Sharon is very professional and makes absolutely every feel welcome! We all have so much fun.

Love this gym. Have made some lovely friends here. Staff and other members alll so friendly . Love chrissie’s, Jana’s and Helen’s classes and also love pickleball and our instructor Esther. Wouldn’t use any other gym!

I’ve been going to the Greig for several years now and the group exercise instructors are brilliant, they’ve helped me exercise through pregnancy, postpartum and I’ve just returned to the gym after being diagnosed with a mobility condition after 6 months of no exercise whatsoever. The classes I attend are led by Sharon (Zumba) Helen (Clubbercise Combat and Tone) and Ross (Clubbercise). They are the friendliest, most welcoming, and motivating instructors I could ask for in a class. I always feel included and never feel pressured to do more than I am capable of.

As much as it is reasonable to use the gym the staff lack engagement and can't be bothered to actually check the actual gym to make sure that things are what they should be. Regularly they have no paper towels to clean machines. It is quite disgusting to walk in the gym at start time to have no paper towels and nobody even checking. They have signs all over the gym stating the fact that machines must be cleaned after use but what chance have members got when staff members can't be bothered to check.
Disgusting dirty hole!!
The people who work at this centre need to wake up, get off their backsides and provide the basics for a clean gym.

Ross Jarvis is the best 👌 he's the most motivational instructor I've ever had and he keeps me coming week after week as I just love his enthusiasm, his zest and drive, all of his classes are fully booked as he's just do hood at keeping us all motivated 😀 more classes for Ross Jarvis please, I can't praise him enough
