I have called my gp today to get a fit note and I’ve talked to a recepcionist person who was extremely rude to me didn’t care about my needs and even hang up the phone on me. Unacceptable.

Finally people who understand the stress of mental health and homelessness. These people that work here are diamonds, very helpful in any way that they can be. They're patient, understanding, and always offering alternative solutions if they're faced with an issue that they aren't personally able to deal with. I'm very happy with their service.

Sitting here since 7am because management of systems is so poor, a queue forms early every day for housing and GP. Staff are onsite at 8, but won’t let us in before 9 - sitting cosy in their office while we freeze outside, a warm room full of empty chairs just the other side of the glass door. Thank you, NHS. (Slow clap)

Top notch support !
I'm couch surfing right now and it's been a bit tough to get health support for me as I don't have a fixed address while I'm sorting out my life . Greenhouse got me straight deep health check , listened to my mental health challenges and supported me with appointment with psychologist. I Always feel welcomed when I'm going there , and they always sent a messages and do the calling to remind me about appointments so I don't miss them . Never felt judged or bad attitude from workers while other similar places makes you feel worthless . I'm grateful for Greenhouse. Thank you .

I have been registered with this place about 12 years ago. People working in there was very nice people some of those nice people still in there bianca, Lisa. But there is a new receptionist she's from Africa l don't know her name but she's very rude. Yesterday I call her for an appointment she said no doctors no appointment till one month only walk in service anyway I go there to see doctor. She was lie to me because doctor gave me new appointment for just after 5 days on Monday. And also she afraid me with police because violence over her. That wasn't violence that was self defense against to racist receptionist.

Don't bother. No one's replying to any of the concerns. When I tried to register with them at first I was told that they will call me in 2 days time. No one called. 3 weeks and several emails/messages/calls later I got ONE reply that I need to come and register with them again in person ?!?!? Literally wasted ~5h trying to catch this stuff up. Same things happened after registration with the appointments and follow ups...

Wish I had known that if you need GP, you don't need to have a home, so there's no point for this GP to advertise themselves as "homeless practise".

I'd say register/go anywhere else.

I spoke with Shirley this morning at the reception desk and she was ever so pleasant. She helped to solve my query regarding a prescription request for one of the patients my pharmacy looks after and was extremely helpful throughout. All in all -Excellent customer service. What has happened to this service? 2 years ago the health service was excellent and now it's frustrating, difficult and not based in reality. It seems to be altered to make it more difficult to access even though it is aimed at homeless, vulnerable people. I have used this health service for 6 years yet in the last 2 years the turn over of (bad) doctors has hindered my health . I have stage 4 lymphoma (blood cancer) and other long term chronic and recurring health conditions and today have been told the system has changed and I cannot see the only trustworthy doctor until 5th of December despite being in the middle of investigations into a new condition on top of my existing ones. There has never been a problem making an appt a few days in advance before. This new call on the day at 8am for an appointment that day excludes the most vulnerable (chronic/terminally ill/drug addicts/street homeless) who find it hard to function in the morning especially in winter! It's cruel. The reception staff historically have been helpful and caring now they are responsibility shirking and careless, blaming their bosses in a bored manner with no regard for personal circumstances. "Computer says no." This used to be a nurse lead practice that was extremely well organised and served the nuanced and specific needs of the homeless in Hackney. Now it's a shambles, disaffecting the homeless sick and making it harder for vulnerable people to access good quality health advice by employing staff you can't trust and implementing systems that don't work for the entirety of the varied client base. One doctors basically told me he didn't want to be a doctor and was forced into it by his family, doesn't fill you with confidence and the nurse told me to cut down smoking, when I had gone for help to stop and told her cutting down would never work for me, which is tantamount to "carry on smoking" to a stage 4 cancer patient. I have been unimpressed for some time but now it's really hot rock bottom. Who runs this show? It's not the NHS anymore is it? The most vulnerable put out to tender to the private sector. We were sold down the river here but where else can us precarious, peripatetic addressless people go for health care?
