I have been a part of the Green room therapy family for a couple of years now. Cathy is an amazing teacher/guide and I feel truly blessed to have found her. I absolutely love the sound baths, the sounds and energy from the crystal bowls and gongs are beautiful, powerful and deeply relaxing. I highly recommend the experience. As soon as Cathy releases her tickets for her sound bath, I drop everything to ensure I get a ticket. I had never been to a sound bath prior to Cathy’s and I wouldn’t go else where. As soon as you walk into the barn, all your troubles leave. Cathy is like a friend you have known all your life, so friendly, welcoming and you can be your true authentic self with no worry of any judgement. The sound baths have sent me to the most amazing places, I have seen so many beautiful colours and experienced deep releasing. When I leave, I feel so much lighter, more peaceful and I can’t wait for the next one. If you have thought about trying one, then you won’t be disappointed but please let a ticket for me.

I have been attending The Green Room
Therapy for over a year now. Cathy has helped me so much through hypnotherapy overcome past traumas, and I am extremely grateful.
