Useless, just like all of the other RPC sites - Dr told me to collect a letter after 5 days, went in 8 days later, still no letter. Reception staff treat patients as if it's somehow their fault RPC can't provide a decent service. I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!

Went for my yearly eye test. In and out within a reasonable time span. Polite medical team. Not my actual doctor's, but part of the Inspire Medical Group. Never had a problem here...

My partner has been trying to get an appointment for over 2 months for tests for a referral to a specialist for a time sensitive situation. Never any appointments. He’s always told call back next week or the end of the month. Tried requesting a call back online multiple times and never hear anything back. Yet somehow, they’re accepting new patients when they can’t provide care for the ones they have! Feel like we are just being fobbed off.

Dr Lloyd was incredible. The only GP to listen to me, spent time working a plan out that I was comfortable with. Sent me for tests and got an answer to my medical condition, not just fob me off.

This place is a joke you can never get an appointment. When you do get to speak to someone after 20 mins they are like ye it's not an emergency you will have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment. But when I said ok fine I'll call 111 they pulled an appointment for the same day out of nowhere funny that.
