Dr Pavey is one of the best in the business! She is very experienced, kind, gentle and really listens to your needs! I had an appointment with Dr Pavey about two weeks ago. She was highly recommended by friend. I was a bit nervous , as it was my very first treatment. She explained the process very clearly and gently and, well, what to say. I had an amazing experience and am loving the results. Effective, discreet, natural-looking. Just what I wanted. What a lovely experience from start to finish! Welcomed warmly by Anthony & taken very good care of by Dr Pavey who was professional and kind. My concerns were listened to & taken into consideration when offering treatments which were made on the basis of best results rather than upselling. Dr Pavey is warm and professional. I've had treatments several times at her clinic with excellent results. She doesn't try and sell in other treatments, answers all questions, and just makes the whole experience relaxing and stress free.

I have had botox before but this was the first time using The Good Skin Club. Both Dr Pavey and Anthony was highly professional and warm welcoming, making a first time experience with a different company much more relaxing and comfortable; I had felt like I was a regular client with them. From the consultation to the procedure, Dr Pavey was amazing and professional. I recommend them to anyone and I will surely be going back!

This was my first time seeing Dr Pavey at the Good Skin Club for two areas of Botox. This was the best experience I’ve ever had, both in professionalism and results. Anthony, who had been friendly and approachable throughout the booking process, greeted me on arrival and offered refreshments, which was a lovely touch. Dr Pavey was very easy to talk to and settled my nerves. She explained everything clearly and truly made me feel that the treatment was driven by my wishes, rather than trying to sell me extra or that I “needed” it (which I’ve had experience of before, elsewhere). Her manner was warm and professional throughout, and her technique calm and assured. Additionally, she obviously has an artistic eye, and has been very conscientious about the follow up. I would 100% recommend the Good Skin Club and Dr Pavey as a skilled, safe pair of hands!
