As I grew on my spiritual path I asked for guidance and to work with a heart led teacher/mentor, who could guide me back to my true essence and who I truly am. I was guided to the beautiful Tina Pavlou and wow!!! My healing journey really began. I have worked with Tina for the past 3 life changing years and continue to work alongside her.
Through her beautiful heart she has taught me how to heal my sisterhood wounds, through feeling her love and the amazing beautiful sisterhood that she has created worldwide. I have been truly blessed to work with these women who have now become my sisters from all corners of our beautiful planet and I now have a blessed and sacred connection to these sisters. I have found my tribe. Never truly knowing where I fit in. I now have a true sense of belonging. I have healed so many deep rooted traumas that I have carried for years, through love and safety. Connecting to my divine feminine and finally understanding who I am.
With the unconditional love that Tina has shared with me, in a truly safe environment, I have learned who I am in truth leaving all the beliefs and programming behind and stepping into the powerful woman that I truly am.

When the student is ready, the teacher appears ... this was definitely the case how Tina Pavlou and her amazing team came into my life and I found my home and my sisters.
I had amazing coaching with Tina to remove blocks that were holding me back, under her training I have also become a Theta Healing practitioner. But most importantly thanks to Tina's unconditional love, support and trust in me I have become a woman who loves and believes in herself, who is not afraid to be seen and heard.

Last year I had the absolute pleasure of joining Tina Pavlou and the Goddess Rooms Team for a whole year of Theta Healing courses. I sat on the fence for a while beforehand struggling with thoughts of ‘how can I do this with a large family to look after?’ In the end I had to put myself first for once. I looked at my life knowing I wanted to reignite my passion for healing and knowing I wanted to reconnect with my spiritual side which had been put on hold for much too long. Wow what a year! Yes it can hard to show up for youself for hours at a time but it was worth it. These courses have changed my life, along with knowing I’m supported and held in a safe space. I’ve now got so many amazing friends for life who are always reaching out. How does it get any better than this!

I met the founder of The Goddess Room Tina from a class I took with her in Australia in Feb 2023. Since then, I have enrolled in courses and programs offerred by Tina and The Goddess Room: The Liberation Path, Priestess Codes, Dark Priestess Codes, along with ThetaHealing courses that Tina taught as well. Tina is very loving, caring and dedicates herself in helping her students and clients grow and step forward from current or past wounds that are holding them back.

Where and how do I begin to put into words the sheer magnitude of transformation that has taken place in my life since I met Tina Pavlou?!
I had completely hit rock bottom in my life, I had put out a plea to the universe to bring in the right people to help me and shortly afterwards I happened to see an event that peeked my interest that was hosted by Tina, I immediately booked on. When I turned up the place was packed, at the other end of the room was this beautiful woman who walked straight up to me and gave me the biggest hug welcoming me into the space. There was something about her energy that was so beautiful and uplifting, I instantly knew I had found my spiritual home and the teacher of my heart. From that moment on I have done every offering Tina has taught, from Angelic Reiki to Theta Healing to the Priestess Codes to the Dark Priestess. To say the transformation in me has been phenomenal and that my life now is completely unrecognisable to what it was 8 years ago when I first found Tina would be an understatement. Tina has always seen my full potential even when I felt broken. Through her love and compassion and patience she reminded me of who I really am in Divine truth and given me the most incredible and amazing opportunities I could only dream of. I am now the Angelic Reiki teacher for The Goddess Rooms and part of The Goddess Rooms Team, which is such an incredible honour. I still have to pinch myself that I made it through the darkness and that I am a part of a truly ground breaking and life changing movement and community.
