‘I’ve just been on a four night retreat with the gift retreats at Tawstock court. The accommodation was exceptional, all individual en-suite rooms. It felt more luxurious than other mediation retreats I’ve been on. Very good value for money! I particularly enjoyed the mindful yoga sessions each the morning and also learning more about mindfulness. The vegetarian menu was extremely tasty. I loved my retreat and feel like I’ve properly rested for the first time in a while. Thank you to all the kind retreat facilitators. I will definitely be back again!’

Wasn't sure what to expect but I was not disappointed! The whole retreat was planned very careful, we were very well looked after and it really was a gift! I l loved the mindful movement/ yoga element and the countryside walks. The facilitators were all very knowledgeable and also so down to earth. I felt extremely supported! what an amazing experience. The venue and the food were both top notch! Thank you! I felt extremely relaxed after my retreat!

This is one of the best experiences of my life! I went on the three night gift retreat and I had not only the most relaxing time but I learnt so much about myself. I would highly recommend this retreat! Excellent teachings, food, atmosphere and an all round wonderful experience! If you’re thinking about it, I would 100% encourage you to do it. Loved it.
