Best garage around. Excellent, decent people who are very caring and honest. Furthest thing from money-grabbing. We’ve taken both cars for a year now, and every time have had a positive experience with some unexpected, but welcome, generosity. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Could not reccomend this place enough! On my way to do some courses for my own business on monday when my car had suddenly broken down, I pulled over and found The Garage was the closest place to me to get my car repaired, after a quick chat with Chris and Damian we were able to get the bolts needed to fix my car courtasey of them taking me to the place, and then we put my car in the garage when they were already having a busy day an they took the time out to sort my car out for me and got me back on the road in a few hours, could not thank them enough for their fabulous service.

I am glad to visit The Garage and get my car maintenance done by that people. The site is very clean and looks very professional. They offered me a price for doing the job and time window and they kept it. They were very friendly and patient all the time. If I need assistance for my car again I will go there. My car maintenance work done was changing the timing belt and the cooling pump system. I recommend The Garage.

Saturday, the breaks failed on my car which was due in for a service Tuesday. My Honda dealership garage of 7 years, couldn't help and when we called found they had in fact moved our service back by a week without telling us (we had text messages to prove it). We needed the car fixed and they weren't interested in helping.

Monday we were desperate to get our car at least fixed but ideally in for a service/MOT.

The Garage Eccleshall were the only ones who truly tried to help us and got us in on the Wednesday! Not only that but they pre-ordered the parts they thought they'd need to get us the car back the same day.

This is exactly what happened and I was not disappointed with the price either (especially when compared to the Honda dealership who have lost my custom).

I'm so pleased and thankful for this place. I promised them a positive review, I owed them that!

Would like to thank Chris and team for their help after my daughter hit a pot hole on Sunday night. Living 30 mins away we had to leave the car overnight. I contacted ‘the garage’ to renew the flat tyre, which they promptly ordered and confirmed later that day. Unfortunately when we got the car to the garage we found it wasn’t the tyre! Chris soon sorted it and got my daughter back on the road.

I've used the Garage in Eccleshall a couple of times now since moving locally. They are a brilliant local company and can't do enough to help you. I've been shielding from Covid, so my car was collected and returned with no contacted needed. I think little touches like this demonstrates why it's good to support our independent and local businesses. All the staff I've spoken too have been super polite and helpful, in particular Chris who I dealt with the most and personally collected my car and dropped it back.

I have a couple of things I need doing in the coming weeks/months and I have no hesitation in using the guys at the Garage. I've had a great quote and I know from friends and neighbours, as well as my own experiences the work will be of a high standard with a lot of combined expertise in the garage.

In conclusion, a GREAT local business that offers a brilliant service at a fair and honest price. Trust is important when using a Garage and I feel these guys will always do their best in all aspects of their service.

Having been frustrated by poor service and rip-off prices at a number of garages, I was delighted that I chose The Garage to deal with a long term issue with my Citreon DS4. They were quick (assessed the problem immediately and dealt with it in a couple of hours), remarkably good value, friendly, and they know what they're doing - there has been no recurrence of the problem. Highly recommended.
