I love coming here. Set in the quiet and beautiful outskirts of Cambridge, entering the building is like entering an oasis of calm and peace. Waiting in the reception area is never dull, there is water on offer from a glass keg, served in proper glasses. The reading material is very interesting and informative and the Himalayan salt lamp seems to clear the air. Even a visit to the loo is lovely, natural soap without harsh chemicals adds to a rather luxurious experience. Annemette is gentle, calm and very soothing. I have had K laser, indiba and pelvi power. The K laser has healed my plantar fasciitis, and worked wonders on my Achilles tendinitis, and my back pain is much improved after a few sessions on the pelvipower machine. Highly, highly recommended.

Faustine was so good with our newborn, she was kind and gentle and explained everything to us patiently. Our baby definitely seemed to enjoy and benefit from her treatments!
Both Faustine and Claire's communication was excellent and the practice is very comfortable and calming. We have recommended The Form to many friends already!

I've received many treatments from Claire over the years, primarily for my back and neck. The care I receive is exceptional. She is very passionate about what she does and this comes through in her compassion and advice. I feel relaxed in her treatments as I trust her and will continue to visit her for further treatments as she remains professional throughout.

My mother (aged 69) had a fall last summer and bruised her ribs and caused further damage to her upper back. For 4 months she received physio treatment (referred by her GP) and remained in agony. She also didn't want to continue taking pain medication. After receiving treatment from Claire she started to feel relief from the pain. Claire was very gentle with my mother, who will always come back to Claire for further advice.

I recently visited The Form Practice for Osteopathy. I was very impressed by the treatment I received and also how lovely the treatment rooms are! It's a really relaxing, comfortable and welcoming environment to be in, and my overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend Claire and her team.

I went to the Form Practice for the 1st time today. What a beautiful setting, felt calm as soon as I walked in and Claire was so welcoming and friendly, i felt at ease straight away, the treatment i received was very good and very much needed, thank you so much Claire. It's a wonderful clinic in beautiful settings, with two amazing Osteopaths in Claire and Faustine.

Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone with any aches and pains to pay a visit here!

My Mum and I have been going to Reformer one on one Pilates with Jon since the beginning of July and the difference in how we feel both Physically and mentally is amazing. Jon makes each class so different so we never get bored. Each class is tailored to our specific needs and we always feel so good after each session. Jon has such a wealth of knowledge of every joint and bone in the body so we are ensured of our complete safety at all times. My Mum is 81 and this has transformed her life. Mine too and I so look forward to every class. I never did when I went to the Gym in the past.
