I have been going to this spa for over 20 years. Today's experience was typical in every way of what happens when I go here. I park in the safe off road car park, I enter the warm salon and am greeted by name by friendly happy staff, I am ushered into a beautiful, clean private room with great decor and chilled low music. I have an incredibly relaxing and professional treatment. I waft out again feeling fabulous and utterly spoilt.

Janet's team are all extremely friendly, professional and talented beauty therapists. Today I went in for a half leg wax and eyelash tint - My lovely therapist gave me the most delicious hand massage whilst the tint dye set on my lashes. I immediately decided to book a facial next time I am lucky enough to come, a birthday present for myself. Ficarra's Spa always gives over and above the best service and is a total haven of serenity that we are so lucky to have in Fakenham. Thank you and looking forward to coming for 20 more years!

It's a little hard to find but a real gem once you do. Beautiful salon. Helpful staff. I bought a gift voucher for a male friend, so I have not tried treatments myself yet, but I hope to do so very soon. I was recommended the place by two work colleagues who love the place.

A little slice of heaven. Trust me once you've been once you will go back! The ladies are so welcoming and lovely. The massages are just bliss. The pool was wonderful and calming everything is very relaxing. It's the next day and I'm still relaxed and chilled. I can not do this place justice. Just experience it for yourself.

An unexpected haven! Lovely pool and sauna with comfy waiting area between that and treatments. Had a facial and foot massage and haven't felt so pampered in a long time.
Please put some shampoo and conditioner in the pool shower so that I don't have to get back in the shower when I get home and wash off all my lovely creams and oils!

Lovely staff, nice location, really great facility but they never seem to answer the phone. Making an appointment or amending anything is such a pain and I end up speaking to their voicemail over and over again. It’s really off putting. Maybe a way to book on the website would help or via social media? I’ve tried calling many times over the last week with no one answering. Really disappointing.

Lovely staff, make you feel totally safe and comfortable. Always act in a professional, discreet manner and make you feel nothing is too much trouble. Hygiene and cleanliness was first class before COVID and now it is at another level. I would highly recommend visiting whether for pampering or just because you deserve it. I have only used the beauty treatments but the pool does look lovely.

The last three treatments I have had have been wonderful. My last full body massage released tension from toes to the top of my head.
Came out feeling talker and lighter, smooth and totally relaxed.

Fabulous visit yesterday, the best massage I have ever had with the lava shells. Really beautiful decor, staff lovely and friendly and clearly enjoy what they do. Will most certainly be returning!
