This is the only Fibromyalgia/CFS/ME support resource in the south west to my knowledge and is much needed. The workshops are fantastic. Very informative and helpful in managing symptoms. The monthly meet ups provide a vital support network for fellow sufferers, guided by Jok, herself a Fibro warrior, where they can talk about their symptoms and problems in a safe and relaxed environment, with people who understand how they feel. I always leave feeling positive, uplifted and having learned somthing new. Highly recommended!

There's a wealth of information and great support, all offered in a professional, positive, friendly way. Jok's nutrition expertise is excellent. Also there's a wide range of stress management workshops and alternative therapies on offer. So pleased I found it!

Have belonged to Fibro group since November 2019. Belonged being the word. Being diagnosed with Fibro was a little scary. Then you find you are more or less on your own. After discovering group I actually felt like I belonged with ladies in same situation. Today I've been for a head ,neck shoulders massage. I think it's called Champisage . It was amazing.
