My 15 year old son had hearing loss in one ear due to wax build-up, so we made an appointment at The Fairbourne Clinic last week. Vicky O'Doherty is one of the only nurses in the area that has CQC approval to treat patients under the age of 18. She did a fantastic job and my son came back singing her praises, saying how she'd explained everything and made him feel comfortable. My son had no discomfort with the micro suction earwax removal and it was completed in a few minutes with his hearing restored. Thank you Vicky.

Having never had my ears microsuctioned before and having experienced regular blockages in my ears, I was very nervous...but vicky was absolutely brilliant,explaining everything, very gentle and super efficient...best thing I've done in years...I know where I will go next time
