The Enterprise Practice

Been with this practice for nearly 20 years. It was excellent back in the day and they helped me with a lot of surgical issues at the hospital. Its with regret that I will be leaving this once well run practice. Making an appointment which was once such a simple process has become quite the opposite. Nobody picks up the phone, almost impossible to see or speak to a doctor now. Farewell Enterprise Practice, it was good while it lasted.

By far the worst GP in all of London. Rude staff, impossible to get any appointments. Today I've been on hold for 1 hour 43 minutes and still no answer. Been at this GP my whole life and only stayed because my doctor is amazing, he is now semi retired and its near impossible to see him. WORST GP IN ALL OF LONDON AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This GP is a bad experience from start to end. Booking an appointment is almost impossible, waiting times at the GP is always an hour even checking in before appointment. The reception is a mess, people can't help, unorganized, 1 minute job takes 5 minutes since no one knows what to do. The doctor always says there was an emergency before your appointment that is why you ended up waiting one hour. Almost every appointment is 1 hours waiting time. There are a host of other issues this GP is plagued with. If you still want to join this GP, visit the GP for 10 minutes and sit in the waiting area to observe, the problems will manifest themselves rather than experiencing it.

I have been with this GP almost 24 year, back than with old staff has help me with everything for hospital to my medical need specialy with my childrens. But now with the new staff is gotten really bad. Specially with appointment. It's been 1 week every time try called at 8am. I have to wait almost 1hrs even if I get through I been told there no more appointment I have called at 3pm and same again have to wait 1hr. I really had enough with this gp. Sad to said I'm looking for new gp. Horrible customer service The staff are so rude no respect ,unhelpful,

Called them at 8:30 on the dot. They picked up at 8:55. And told me they have no appointments left. 0 stars, disgraceful. The staff are very rude, receptionist are not helpful and extremely rude makes you feel like you are asking for too much when asking for something. I jave been registered with the gp for nearly 3 weeks and already looking for a new gp to register.

The doctors are all pleasant and kindly, and I always manage to get an appointment for the same day if I turn up and book early enough in the morning. The reception staff are nicer than the ones that used to work there, about 5 years ago.

So the so called bowel specialist that works here told my partner for years that her gluten allergy was "a wonderfing bowel infection".... Just to start this review off on the right foot, they believed my partner was abusive to her ex girlfriend, once she had left the surgery her medical records for that time period have been destroyed, putting my partners future medical well being at risk. When I tried to find out what happened over the course of several years I have been met by abusive members of staff, repeatedly. If would say this place is a pill factory but at least they help some people. This place is a total shambles and I believe the doctors working here should be struck off. They did not forward any of her medical notes to the nhs database either, this place is run by crooks, I honestly don't know how they get away with treating people this way.
