Had an appointment today at 11:40 for an ultrasound scan which I had to have a full bladder for. I took a taxi to the place but as the taxi driver went the wrong way, by the time I got through to the centre was 11:43 and I explained to the receptionist that I’ll be 5 minutes. She said that was fine. I arrived at 11:50 and sat in the waiting area waiting for my ultrasound. When I arrived, was only 1 woman I saw go in and come out 10 minutes later. After that it was just me sitting there waiting. Nearly 20 minutes had gone by so I ask the receptionist. She said I am half an hour late and how I said I’ll be 5 minutes and that they won’t see me , even though I walked in passed reception at 11:50 to sit in the waiting area which was by the ultrasound scan room. I explained myself. Then she said okay just continue waiting. 25 minutes later the person at the ultrasound came out for me and explained how I’m too late and she can’t fit me in. Even though I’m the only one there and have been for the past 35 minutes. She said she’s been calling for me. No one called for me at all whilst I was there. Whatever I was telling her wasn’t going through to her at all. So after sitting there for nearly 45 minutes on a full bladder that I’ve had for 2 hours, I got sent home and a phone call after to re arrange. No thanks I would rather not have the scan anymore to find the issue of what’s making me ill rather than dealing with people like this. And bare in mind whilst I was waiting, one woman kept coming in and out of the room ‘checking around’ but never called my name or spoke to me. Wish I could give this place 0 stars

Don't really care about people. Lack of contact, poor communication, pretty disturbing when it comes to your health. I hope they will change in the future. The only good thing I can say is front desk staff is polite.
