The Elms Nursing Care Home

My nan was here, she enjoyed the staff had a good year. However when she was made end of life she wasn't seen by a doctor, so now we have to wait for a coroner and a post mortem on my 92 year old grandmother, this was very disappointing. i have reported this through the Hartford Care website and i am awaiting a response
