Mum has been in the care of the Elms for nearly a year now. She has been made welcome and has been cared for with the greatest professionalism. She is happy and well looked after. We can visit with confidence that we will find mum safe, secure, clean, fed and happy.

Shocking service an care provided since new management took over family member who lives in the elms has bed sores and is left in bed a lot of the time wouldn’t recommend at all and when emailing the manager Ben have had no response from him at all terrible service will be removing my family member asap!
