Shocking service. Told to book a review. Phone number has been removed from Google. Eventually found a number. Rang it and told to go online. Completed online form. Received email stating would get a response in 3 days. 4 hours later got a text telling me to complete online form. Ridiculous and shockingly bad service

When my dad was ill and needed to see his GP he was told to go A&E, he sat for 6 hours in A&E to be told he needed to go back the following day then again the day after to attend the DVT clinic. DVT is something the doctor would refer you to the hospital for and not an A&E emergency. No wonder the hospital is so full if the GPs won’t see people. Shocking service

All GP practices are under massive strain at present and Earby surgery is no different. Thankfully I haven’t needed to see anyone for a while until recently, whenever I have called, despite the wait (same everywhere) on the phone I always get sorted and both receptionists and GP’s always been really helpful. I’ve used the new extended access service and have been really impressed. Currently on hold now and started as number 1 in the queue straight away at 1130 in the morning ☺️

I think the positive review has been written by a member of staff, As the NHS review site tells a different story, and my own experience is bad.
Still waiting on a GP to sign my letter, looking like i will have lost my job because of this 4 weeks + wait and still counting.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Doctors are lovely with modern forward thinking. Nurses are lovely too doing many clinics such as ecgs and diabetes.
The surgery is recently refurbished and very busy due to popularity. Recommend highly.

Everytime you ring on hold for ages and told a doctor will ring back and no one ever does its discracefull
