Emma was amazing in my hour of need with a really problematic ear. She slotted me in at very short notice on 2 occasions and couldn’t do enough to help me out. Would recommend to anyone..

Very thorough procedure carried out by Emma who made sure last bit of wax was extracted for my granddaughter. She explained everything before the procedure and put her at ease throughout. Highly recommended.

My daughter has had repeated ear infections for over a year and has a big build up of wax. It was beginning to impact her hearing and also her reading was suffering as she couldn’t correlate words she was seeing with what it should sound like. Emma worked her magic and my daughter has walked out of the appointment a different child! My daughter is so happy how much better she can hear and she is amazed with what she has been missing out on! Emma was so kind and sweet with her and I honestly cannot thank or recommend her enough!

Highly recommend Emma, I’ve never had my ears cleaned before and after a completely blocked right ear I had to call it quits and book in with Emma.

I have very sensitive ears and have suffered with tinnitus all my life so I was nervous about the noise having an effect. However Emma was very reassuring and guided me through the process. Using a variety of methods to accommodate.

She also checked my other ear and I could see that it was pretty much completely blocked too so this was also taken care of, all I can say is my hearing is now in 8K!

Hopefully I won’t need to have it done again any time soon but when I do, I will be visiting here again.

Mum was visiting and mentioned she couldn’t hear as both ears blocked and long NHS wait list. A friend told us about amazing Emma. Despite being a bank hols she saw Mum straight away, unblocked her ears, … yay she could hear !! .. no more shouting!! Emma was utterly kind and charming.
Can’t recommend her enough.

I had 2 blocked ears the R/H one no hearing at all . I booked in to see Emma who saw me the same day . All I can say is WOW after the process my hearing was fantastic . The whole process was painless and the service was fantastic .. highly recommend
