Generally find the gp practice okay. But recently I have tried to access my record via the app and they refuse to give access unless I attend the practice and fill out paper based forms which isnt how the NHS app tells you to request the access. . They also won't change my name despite being sent evidence. Honestly it's causing me so much anixety

I am the neice and carer for 2 very elderly relatives with complex needs. I am not a patient at this practice. I am extremely impressed by most of the staff here. Very helpful, considerate and aware of my very difficult situation. Clinical services are always accessed when needed and most of the receptionists are very happy to go the extra mile for me. Thank you.

Generally, a good gp service.
Most of the staff are very polite.
However it can be a little hit and miss whether you get the generally common rottweiler nhs receptionist who don't know any better.

The doctors and physios at this partnership are first class... I wish the same could be said for the receptionists who work here, as every time I call up theyre either rude and dismissive on the phone, very unhelpful, or just downright rude and ignorant. That's even of they bother answering the phone and don't cut you off whilst on hold! Also physically arguing with patients over the phone. If you do register her just be prepared for a pretty unfreindly first contact every time...

In my opinion one of the best Practices in Bolton.
Excellent leadership, professional and friendly service.
I have never, in over 20 years of being with this practice, had any issues with the care, and support,
me and my family have received.

one or two doctors do really care all the rest - typical for paid by being not by efficiency. but the receptionists - this is a new level of NO SERVICE!.
over the last two years I have been repeatedly refused the service by receptionists.
