I have to say how amazingly welcome everyone is at The Doctor Clinic, the two times I’ve been there. I have felt super comfortable at each stage so far. I had my first under eye laser session with Kelly today which was great. She told me what was going to happen and checked in with me throughout the process. I then went on for my treatment with Gabriella who was incredible. I was super nervous to have my treatment as anyone would be. She explained the options for me and we went with the cannula options to prevent as much bruising as possible. She guided me through each step and checked in with me, I didn’t swell and I felt safe throughout the treatment. The fact she got me to sit down and feel confident enough to get started regardless of my fear is amazing. She was very reassuring afterwards and told me what I could expect too. You can really tell when an establishment has great standards of care! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I can’t recommend Dr. Gabriella and her team enough! I’ve always been insecure about my dark, hollow under-eyes and had tried so many things that didn’t really work. When I first came in, Dr. Gabriella took the time to really listen to what I wanted and talk me through all the options. After a thoughtful conversation about my goals, she recommended polynucleotides as the best fit for me. I loved that she was so honest and didn’t try to push anything extra—she only suggested exactly what I needed, which really built my trust.

Over three months, I did three sessions of polynucleotides spaced four weeks apart, and I was so impressed by how natural the improvement looked after each one! By the fifth month, we added a tiny bit of filler to finish things off, and the results have genuinely exceeded my expectations. My under-eyes are brighter and smoother, and I finally feel more refreshed and confident in my skin!

The clinic itself is fantastic—super clean, welcoming, and really easy to get to, with parking right in front, which was such a plus. Every visit felt easy and relaxed, and the whole team is warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.

If you’re on the fence about aesthetic treatments or just want someone who really cares and knows what they’re doing, Dr. Gabriella is amazing. I’m beyond happy with my results and so grateful to her and her team for making this such a positive experience!

I recently visited the clinic for my first ever Botox appointment with Nurse Marilyn and I can’t thank her enough for the experience. After a tough year including the devastating loss of my baby boy , I felt like I had neglected myself and was in desperate need of some self love.
Walking into the appointment, I was completely lost and unsure of what I needed. Nurse Marilyn was incredibly compassionate and took the time to give me much needed advice and guidance and answered my million questions! She made me feel so comfortable and reassured.

Being new to Botox, I didn’t know what to expect, but she explained every step of the process thoroughly, making sure I was informed throughout. The procedure was entirely pain free, and I left feeling like I’d taken an important step towards feeling like myself again.

Thank you, Nurse Marilyn, for your kindness and expertise. It may seem small but You’ve made such a difference in my journey to find some self love again.

I went to Kelly for a Skinpen treatment with exosomes. Kelly was extremely kind and informative. The transformation in my skin has been amazing. I have had microneedling in other clinics before but the results of this have been so much better than anywhere I have ever been! Can’t wait to come back x

I was also started on Obagi skin care. She took the time to explain everything so I really understand the difference between medical grade skin care , everyone keeps complimenting my skin. Can’t wait to come back to have polyneuclotides and IV NAD!

This is my second time coming to the beautiful Doctor Clinic in Lewes from London (which is quite a quick easy journey to the clinic and definitely worth it). I had laser hair removal with Kelly which was incredibly quick and painless. I have tried other clinics for laser hair removal in the past which hasn’t worked so I decided to try again with the Lumenis Splenor X which is fantastic. I also had a relaxing hydra facial which was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and can’t already booked in for more treatments.

The clinic is beautiful, it is easy to find and plenty of on site parking which is great. Today I visited Nurse Jem for the second time and she is honestly a miracle worker! I have always been conscious of my lips and have had lots of insecurity over the lack of them since I was a teenager. Today she gave me the shape I was told was unachievable by others due to my tricky m shaped top lip, but she consulted me without any stress or drama which made me feel in safe hands. I am a natural bruiser and have bruised badly in the past at other clinics, but you cannot tell I have had the filler today at all. Thank you for restoring my confidence, it is certainly a 5 star clinic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
